    Thanks, Looking at Small Tractors.. You Have Been The ONLY Guy To Show It Digging And Lifting... I Have 6 Acres Of Wooded Area To Cut Ditches and Clear Of Brush/Trees ... Some Large Roots Will Be Encountered.. Trying Not To Have To Get Off Tractor Every Time And Swing The Old Double Blade..

    I had thw rk24 for over a year now with the backhoe, loader and grapple. I gave cleared over an acre of land for building my house. This is a work horse. Dug over 500 feet 4 foot deep trench. The loader can lift more than rated for. Other than my mistakes and rough use nothing has broken. I did tip it over once and followed some advice and its still runs like new.

    Looks great and I'm glad it works for your family. We picked up Daniel's five day school lunch earlier today. He just finished his live conference with his teacher. Now we're going to have some lunch before we mail paperwork his speech therapist needed me to sign. Also will pick up a birthday present for Lee and treat Daniel and I to some slushies. I love pina colada mixed with mango. Daniel mixes several different flavors together.

    Super video dad and mom. These kids will cherish their memories of running the tractor on dads farm. Im really impressed with the RK 24. I was thinking about the RK 37 but i have a J.D 3025. I believe the 24 would suit my needs, and the price can't be beat.

    Farmer in training, cute! Nice review of the tractor. I have a similar size Massey Ferguson. The power of those little tractors is amazing. My seat swivels, like yours, but your seat looks to be even more difficult. Thanks for sharing!

  • @karenb4818

    Reverse the bolt direction for the remote hydraulic mount. (put the nuts on towards the outside of the machine) or even better , do what I did , replace the bolts with carriage bolts. This will keep the seat from getting damaged when rotating it. I also have one of these tractors and it is amazing the power and capability it has for being a small tractor.

    Need to put the E-brake on when operating the backhoe. The torque applied to the stabilizers will slop them out otherwise (they aren't as robust as a construction machine). And the roll bar MUST be locked upright with the backhoe in operation. That arm can easily tip the tractor over onto you working sideways

    Thanks for the video. Always something to do... We have the RK24 also. You are absolutely right about that seat for the backhoe. I fight with that thing every time. Sliced my hand a couple of times. Pinched and smashed fingers too. I disconnected the silver latch on the bottom. Seems to help a little. One less lever to push to get the seat to lift or swivel. But you've been working it hard like it's supposed to and it's holding up. How far do you have to travel to get warranty work done if it should have an issue? Have you had any experience with the RK service department yet? Keep up the videos..thanks again.

    • @WildWonderfulHomestead
      @WildWonderfulHomestead  3 года назад

      Well my rk is about an hour an 20 minutes from me and they would do any warranty work from what the salesman told me the only thing I have had come up was I had a side panel come loose and I crushed it but they gave me a new one no problem

    • @WildWonderfulHomestead
      @WildWonderfulHomestead  3 года назад

      Well I'm 5'8" and it feels like I'm a little to tall it may be ok if your only on it for bits at a time but when you see how much easier life is with it that probably won't happen i would suggest try another brand closer to you most brand have tractors the same size and that will give you a better idea before you make a wasted 100 mile trip hope this helps and if you need anything else just ask
