I have this problem on an MFP M477 and I completely failed to get the first panel off (40 sec in your video). I found the tabs underneath but it isn't shifting ... you make it look so easy! EDIT: A friend and I did it between us though we had to consult a service manual :)
HP has a Firmware fix for the 59.F0 code on their website ...caused by a binding Transfer belt supposedly, but the firmware fixes it without taking out the belt !!
Yes it does and there are techs that swear it doesn’t work and they get hit with a callback for the same code. I’ve never had any machines get called back after using the firmware update.

Open back door and clear jam. but it has no jammed paper, when I check it I see that ink splashes remain on the transfer belt since I see that little ink dust is being thrown away. when clean, it only prints 1 sheet, and then the same problem continues. I don't know what to do if I buy other toners and see what happens. Best regards.

It will print the black arrow on the cleaning page but it will not print any text on the configuration page, supply page or any other internal reports. I have also updated the firmware. Any ideals on how to fix this?
I am having a problem printing the yellow cartridge. When I called HP, they said it was a hartdware issue. They did not say what part of the printer was faulty. Does anyone know what would cause the Yellow not to print, despite the fact is says 90% in the toner cartridge. Thank you so much in advance!!
If it is someone elses machine that has never been apart, this swap should be figured at an hour. If you do this model a lot and the case has been apart before then 15 minutes.
Mine is stuck. I can’t figure out what it is you are pressing on before pulling the belt out. I have followed everything to a T, but the belt won’t come out
Did you unlock the belt? There are 2 tabs that need to be pressed down and pulled out to unlock it. There are two black plastic pieces that you pull o to pull it out. Where you unscrew it there are two washer looking parts and the top to can swing in the way of taking the assembly out by spreading out and not letting it get past the back of the printer. Just push them in and it should work.

You don't need to remove the left side plastic cover. Otherwise, a very straight to the point great instructional video. Good work!

From what i understand it is the "sensors" that are faulty. How could I fix that and could you point me to a video as to how to fix it?
Jessica Steinhart if you’re using non OEM toner try a different yellow cartridge
Hoping someone will see this. Printer works after taking it apart and putting it back together, but the pages are printing blank. Any ideas?
Check the connector for the charge roller on the black toner
My fault I thought it said you were getting BLACK pages
@@chandlers5910 if no color it’s possible the transfer belt is bad
@@chandlers5910 also check driver settings to make sure it’s set to print in color
