- Plastic pollution is poisoning our oceans, and it is not just a threat for the environment but for the entire ecosystem, including humans.

1:36 so is us recycles 8% that does mean 92% of plastic goes to landfills? So what percentage washes off to the sea? "most washes off to the sea" ...
Plastic industry managers have been aware already in the fifties where
this was going to, but propaganda helped them. Also the bank managers
helped them by financing them. What's odd is that they knew they were
poisoning their own children, in the long term, not to mention ours.
It's time to close all of the plastic factories as they are polluting
the water, the landfills and whole of the food chain.
Tq for the video because this video help me for my studies
Excellent facts. Microbeads from plastic already in the oceans is a big concern. The UK has banned all microbeads from products. Other nations could also do this...
REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE AND ALL WILL BE GOOD
Its a nice and very helpfull vidio to understand that why plastic is harmfull for us even i dont think that anybody will do anythink to reduce plastic because as it is harmfull
Couple of questions. One, is it common in Europe for communities to use cement trucks to collect garbage as shown in the video? Two, is it common to refer to 10% as "most"?
It gives us more to think about and wonder what we can do to harvest the waste instead of using the ocean as a disposal unit.
how did they make the video what website did they use??
Hi! We used VideoScribe, which is quite simple to learn to use it :)
Thx. Very informational video! I'm doing a project about this. And entering this to the science expo. Wish me luck :)
Thank you so much, I really hope you found it useful.. Sorry for the late reply, but Good Luck! :)
+Federica Bertolani my team ended up tying 2nd place! We got a medal
Wow, great job you and your team!! ;)
I know it is pretty late for congratulate, but I hope you have been satisfied, and I am happy if somehow I have been useful for your research :)

nice. i ll use this as my guidance for my assignment. thank you :)
Hi Asyraf! Ihope you found it somehow useful for your assignment ;)
thx for the infomation
The video was very useful for my exam and gave very good information... thanks a lot!!!!!
RIP oceans 😢
Really useful. Thanks x
I dont think you should be teaching this stuff when not even knowing what a sea turtle is LMFAO!
2:23 that is tortoise not turtle :((
Tks. Very good information. I will do my small action one by one. :)
I'm trying to do the same..It's an on-going process ;)
Can you put it into a sentence so I can read it
you can use subtitle
Poor animals

just loved this video. very informative and by the way, don't think much about shitty comments of shit people
Thanks! I am happy you found it useful :)
lol don't eat fish, go vegan and save the environment at the same time
Hah, the chance of achieving global peace is larger that having all humans go vegan.
Joocelyn not just fish but other animals that live in the ocean fish is not the only animal that eats plastic
👍👍👍
noice
I don't understand the happy music for explain this it's like a tutorial song
I don't get it. If five Asian countries are the major offenders, then why are you blaming the rest of us? How come it is my problem all of a sudden?
4chiron do you use plastic?
@@Luna-jd1hf, you are asking an invalid meaningless question. If five Asian countries are the major offenders, then why are you blaming the rest of us? And most important, why are you recycling plastic if you cannot recycle this plastic? The problem it is you and your ilk.
@@Luna-jd1hf I don't need plastic and I can use glass so stop blaming random people for a problem you created. If there is no demand for this recycled plastic then why are you forcing people to recycle? You are the one who is creating this problem and contaminating our oceans!
@@Luna-jd1hf The point with replacing plastic bottles with glass is that plastic in general can be minimized. The main question however remains: Why are you forcing us to Recycle if you cannot handle all this recycled plastic? You are the one responsible for contaminating the oceans with plastic. Have a nice day.
they couldn't pick a better voice to narrate this shit?
Well, it means you listened it badboy
LOOL
exactly..... what the sh** it was...play-stick ha! ugh
I'm happy you responded @Federica
