It's Called CGL & CTL Coating there are 2 process Organic photoconductive coating is composed mainly from 2 important layers. First one is CGL and second is CTL. Char- ge-Generation-Layer is the layer where photoconduc- tive pigment is included. This is usually TiOPC pigment in y-shape of crystals

You can use CTL for coating
Make a simple lathe machine and get a NON PIL COMPRESSER for couting mostly painter use this machine and then use heat air but you watch carefully older results is better then after coated resust

If only you had sprayed on new cellinium, the green "photo-conductive" coating, it might have helped, but a clear coat, not so much.
