I made this and there was a lot of cream in the bottom. The top half cooked perfect and the bottom half was dough. I cooked them 17 minuets. The tops were brown and I didn't want to burn them. What should I do next time?
Do not use cream before baking. Instead bake the buns for 10 minutes in the oven then bring them out and pour one tbsp cream on each bun and then bake again. With this method there will not be any floating cream in the bottom. I have been using this for 6 years ❤
Bake for 22mins @180•c and place at bottom of oven and if you have fan oven use the fan. Tent the top with foil if it’s browning too much at the top. Mine caramelises at the bottom, remove foil tent 10mins to finish time.
