I love the curtains!!! If it were my home (and it isn’t), I think I would get another pillow in a print that would pull the curtains and the duvet together. Also, I think the dresser would fit better in the room if was white. You can always add color with your decor. Question…can the dresser go on the wall between your bedroom door and bathroom door? 🦋On camera the curtains do come off more orange. I personally think they clash with the wood in the frame along with the other warm earthy tones. I think moody Green curtain (same color as throw & pillows) would match & just make it feel more moody & cozy. I also think if you hang green curtain you shoukd paint dresser white to make it look more like a matching bedroom suit. You coukd bring in wooden picture frames & other decor to help break up the white....but green curtains would do that too👍
🦋 I love everything you did Kelly. All the texture of the neutrals makes a big difference. The curtains have grown on me. Here’s a hint for summer- remove the insert from your duvet and just use the duvet as a coverlet, just enough weight for those hot months. The little additions of the over bed picture, plant, photo and throw blanket brings it together.

I think you should find a throw pillow for your bed that pulls in the window curtain color and angle that dark little furniture piece across the corner. I would also turn down the duvet a bit more (turn it back half way then fold it again half way upon itself, leaving a bit of your sheet/blanket exposed, which provides plenty of room to show off your pillows). You deserve and bedroom you love and look forward to spending time in! 🦋
The curtains are a good contrast. If you can maybe you could diy your dresser and make it white, you house is looking awesome you are doing a great job turning it into a home 🦋
For a more cozy & high end look, add some white sheers between the new curtains. The colors are pretty together! You might consider a beautiful warm rug under the bed, with some of the curtain color in it. As you step out in the morning, it will be cozy

They give such a nice depth of color and I see what you mean about them really Vibing with the green… You don’t want everything to be too matchy. Everything coordinates very well. I just think it’s great and they don’t look orange. They almost look like a Boho rattan color and I like that you did that BoHo cozy look very cute - really pretty. Also, thank you thank you for hanging the curtains up high underneath the crown molding. I’ve been a designer/home-stager/home stylist for years…and yes, this is one of those tricks that we do to make your ceilings look higher give the illusion of taller windows, and it really makes the room so much prettier and your windows more grand. It also showcases the bed so well. Great job!❤ Lastly, I like the smell of Pine-Sol, but I kind of got bored with it, and an influencer that I follow who is really into organization, and cleaning, turned me on to Mr. Clean Downy unstoppable scent. And I have the old spin mop which I love, I never got the new one thankfully. And now I am addicted to mopping the floor. My husband came home yesterday and was like what is that smell? It smells amazing. So if you haven’t tried it, maybe when you run out of Pine-Sol, go to Walmart and get you a bottle. I absolutely love it. 🦋
I have the downy unstoppable scent too and LOVE it! Thats what I was using then I got hooked on pinesol lol. I agree the unstoppable smells so good… it makes the house smell like fresh laundry 😅

It turned out so pretty. Maybe paint everything but the top of your dresser leave the wood color to match the bench. Also the little night stand if you keep it in your room you could paint it like the dresser. I think the contrast with the colors in your room it would look awesome! It’s very cozy 🩷🦋

I like the curtains,but would use a pillow on the bed to match the curtains and that would tie it all together. Just a tip from an interior designer 🤚 place the pic frame on your nightstand towards the back next to the side of the lamp, then move the plant to the front. Taller objects to the back , smaller in the front . It’ll just look more put together .

I think your bedroom really came together. Also you could paint your dresser white and stain the top the same color and your bench and you could stain the top of your night stands as well. Just a suggestion. Love all your makeover videos.
I love the refresh and the contrast between the curtains and bedding. The only thing I think you might consider is adding a rug to anchor the bed . You could pull slight additional warmth and or texture into the room with this addition element. Great job with your home !!
