Just a question! Gunsmen are replaced after every year or, if they succeed in the previous shooting, they stay there (and more gunsmen are added?)

Yes, all Gunsmen and Outlaws are replaced every year, during the cleanup phase.
This is a great video, perfectly explained for setup, the only thing missing, which I was hoping for is the solo variant. Just to make sure I'm playing it correctly :)

@@nithrania-gameinanutshell it's all good. I totally derped on my first solo, because I wasn't using Buster along with the solo guy, but figured it out. And really enjoyed it.
I saw Flotilla has been posted but I still can’t get a copy here in Europe for a sensible price grrr...so, what is your next excellent teach ?

Is this game fun at 6 players?
I haven't played in 6 players, but I think it might be too long with too much downtime.
