Interesting overview! Maybe I missed it but do you do all steps in one round or do players take turns during the round, as in for instance Paladins of the West Kingdom? If you do all steps in one turn it seems like lots of downtime for other players.
All 6 steps which are printed on the player board are done in one turn. Seems like a lot but it's pretty fast. We've done the gameplay video (only in Slovak language) so you can take a quick look at our turns here: ruclips.net/video/JFgppCRJG_Q/видео.html.
