Yours was the first one I could find that actually taught the rules from someone who knew what they were doing and in a clear way. It meant I didn't turn up to the game online completely clueless! Not only egg white, from chicken eggs, but also cattle blood was added to the mortar. That is why many medieval buildings are so durable (including Charles Bridge and the castle in Malbork).
