      @@kenrickfearn1448 I like it very much. The mechanics are not too complicated, but the decisions are sooooo hard :D That´s exactly what I´m looking for in a board game. I liked it much more than Cooper Island, which is a game of scarcity - you only have 5 rounds and start with 2 workers to place, that´s much much harder to work out and think through.

    This video saved Trismegistus from the "throw away" :D the german Rulebook is incredibly bad. Your video teach the game perfectly! And surprise the game itself isnt that heavy, but its rulebook :D.... thank you sooo much! You will make a how to play for "On Mars" ??? =)

    Great video! I have one question though, do you resolve the bonus tokens immediately (15:11) or during cleanup (21:30)?

    • @nithrania-gameinanutshell
      @nithrania-gameinanutshell  3 года назад +1

      Thank you. ☺️ It doesn't really matter.
      In most situations you may resolve them immediately, and then discard the token. You may leave the tokens in their place just in case more than one player would reach the same token in the same turn - all players would be eligible to get the reward.
      So, to make it easier - you can actually resolve them during cleanup. 😊

    Love your tutorials. Still need to review the rules, but when do the reaction tokens get refreshed, if at all? Also it looks like you can use completed experiments as icons for the publications?

    • @nithrania-gameinanutshell
      @nithrania-gameinanutshell  2 года назад +1

      All reaction tokens are flipped face up at the end of the round.
      Completed experiments - yes, based on the clarification on BGG, each experiement counts as 1 symbol of the same type.

    Hi, thank you for the explanation, really clear. You said we have to remove a white and a red die, i didn't find this info anywhere, where did you read it ? So for 4 players we have to use 5 white dice 5 red dice and 6 black dice ? Thank you again

    • @nithrania-gameinanutshell
      @nithrania-gameinanutshell  4 года назад +1

      Well, it's actually on page 3 of the rulebook - where game components are described. It says 16 custom dice, 6 black, 5 white, 5 red.
      However, I haven't noticed that at all, but I ran across the forum thread on BGG where someone asked about the correct number of dice. And there the game author himself confirmed that it's only 16 dice.

    • @nithrania-gameinanutshell
      @nithrania-gameinanutshell  4 года назад +1

      It's OK, no problem. :)
      It always takes several hours to get the video approved on BGG, and even then it's only visible when you sort the videos by "Recent". If they are arranged by "Hot", then it takes another day or two to pop up with the actual number of thumbs up.

    Can´t find anywhere what´s the use for the freaking "dominant essences". Help plz.

    • @nithrania-gameinanutshell
      @nithrania-gameinanutshell  3 года назад +1

      04:48 Setup - you can use them to change the association of the mastery track with one of the essences.
      You can use the pre-printed ones or the dominant essences tokens.
