- Someone may be interested how well the cheaper 1000 RUDE compares to the original. Quite well actually, although it's a very different beast. Also included are Paiste 505 20" heavy crash, and Paiste 3000 RUDE 21" ride/crash.
You are the coolest guy with the coolest cymbals ever!
"Fuckin' Nova sticks! Perkele!" :D :D :D
Great cymbals AND the laugh of the day... Thanks!
Great sounding video and nice cymbal descriptions! I am shocked how much better-sounding the 1000 Rude is versus the classic Rude and 3000 Rude; it sounds darker and drier to me and I love the crash sound!
You have great descriptions dude. Very to the point. You obviously know Paiste very well and know how to describe it!! Great job, keep killing it!!
I feel like I went back in time with this guy!. I'm likin it!. You're hella funny too.
You should get serious about youtubing. I think you'd get a lot of subs if you made a bunch of good, informative and funny videos about drums and stuff.

I played my 1000 rude as my main ride for years and still love the sound!! 👍😀
Great sounding cymbals!
very good video, thanks dude !
1000 Rude Ride Crash is delicious
As always, a great video Janne. I F'n love your studio man!!
Thanks! The studio room is very small (11m2), but it's still nice to be able to play and record drums and everything at home. There's no room for the 2nd floor tom though, but that would be overkill anyway.
I love that Rude 1000!
thanks!!
505 and 1000 super great sound !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gibbis!
👍👍👍👍👍👍🤘 love the 1000 rudes... great sustain..🤓👊 t.
Have you tried the good wood sticks? I think they are Vater seconds. I like them.
This kit sounds so Metallica in a way, nice crashes!
Subbed..
Thanks for posting!
Excellent !
Great vid, and hell what a cool shirt! Where did you get it ?
Some guy from Paiste 505 Facebook group made a bunch of these. Don't remember who he was though.
1000 ✌🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
if you had to use just one would it be the 505 or 1000?
The 505 20" heavy crash is one of my all time favourite crash cymbals, so I would pick that one. If you would use it more like a crash/ride, then the Rude 1000 would fit better, as it's ever so slightly heavier. The 1000 RUDEs are excellent cymbals, similar to regular RUDEs, but lighter. Nothing like the regular machine made 1000 series, which are mostly just mediocre.
Hold sticks with grain vertical.
Sticks rotate when you play... Otherwise you hold 'em too tight...!
This is fuckin awesome
Paistetta päivään!
Looks like Neil Peart in 1978
