one thing I realized the day after seeing it was that she didn't want the cop not to see his ID to make him feel loved, she didn't want him to run the ID in the event that people call and search for his missing body which would be on record of him being in the area. Beyond a wonderful movie!
Thats a good point! But to be honest, I second they exchanged glances, I thought the cop knew of her and her family and was in on it as well, hence the fact that he let them go. But I guess I was wrong.
I've watched so many ending explained videos for this movie & no one has mentioned the part where Chris is choking Rose & she starts smiling because she thinks the police have arrived so she starts pleading for help, effectively trying to frame him for the murder of her & her family.
Luke Tunnell what most people don't seem to realize is that he was already under hypnosis. He dreamt he went outside to smoke, when walter randomly ran up to him and after his "dream" Walter apologizes for scaring him during his "exercise", so if Walter really did run towards him and if Chris really did go outside before going back in and getting hypnotized by the mother which led to his dream, then how was the encounter with Walter real, yet treated as a dream? Discussion time.
I loved how Jordan Peele brought in the part when Chris was talking about his mother, how she died cold and alone. And then when Rose was left there to bleed out, she too was cold and alone. A little bit of a sweet revenge!
sad thing is, some moron troll critic went and gave it a rotten score and in his review talked more about obama and race politics more than the actual movie....smh
If you see a movie with predominantly black characters and think "Hey I can't relate to that" then how do you think other races feel when they watch movies?
lol what strawman? I simply stated maybe for a second think about other peoples experiences. If that simple statement is too jarring for you really think about the person you are becoming.
wowalinbie but you stated you didn't care which is a lie. I don't watch videos about movies I don't care about. No one does. You wanted your "apathy" to be known. So I personally think it's you just dressing up the language trying to be smug about it. But the words you chose failed you because they contradict your actions.
did y'all ever think that the reason why she dont eat the milk poured with the fruit loops is because fruit loops are colored and it's symbolizing that colored and whites shouldn't mix.... like this if I honestly just blew your mind

Roslyn Claxton I thought it was meant to be ironic. Cause the song is called "Redbone" which is a term for light skinned black girls and it's when you're first introduced to Rose. Maybe it wasn't on purpose but I thought it was pretty funny
I saw this with friends today and thought it was great. I too noticed that it was a horror that happened to have a black character as the main guy and had a racial, social comentary element interwoven in it. When we left the theater, I said "Wow, so great to see an entertainment focused film with black characters who aren't slaves or fighting civil rights. It is indeed possible to have a film with black characters not directly fighting for civil justice trying to educate the population on history and doing so directly on the nose. I was so glad to see this and my theater had a mix of races too...we all laughed and jumped.
I thought the Asian guy was himself. Representing the model minority stereotype white people have for Asians. Other thoughts: The movie was good overall.
Adam Loring do you remember when he talked about wanting to know how the black experience is like? The Asian guy? As if he had other experiences. I thought that he was part of the rich crowd but that comment wasn't there just for nothing
ana Iglesias He would have had other experiences. I forgot where he was from but let's say Japanese. He would have had that experience, and also one of an immigrant in America, the experience of being once poor and now rich. So on and so on. But this rich group is obvious only going after black people because of the grandfathers motivations. So I doubt they would have decided to transplant into an old Asian man, but I suppose I could be wrong.
KatelynAvery I agree. That's exactly what I thought. Asians are seemingly so much more willing to assimilate and stay in their lane. So him asking that question... I've seen that plenty, a person of color asks a provocative question and the white people either feel relieved because someone did their bidding, or empowered to ask more awkward questions. Fantastic observation
Another theory is that the Asian guy WAS a white guy to bought an Asian body and is now considering bidding on Chris. This would explain why he was the one to ask if it was an advantage to be Black. Also, during this scene another guest says Black is "In Fashion".
DetonateDuck A lot of people did. It's just a suspicion. I did too. But I can understand why someone wouldn't, she was acting fine until it was revealed who she actually was.

Rose also says,"he was going to put you in a headlock" when talking about her brother at the dinner table. Which he was the one at the beginning of the movie who put that other black dude in a headlock and kidnapped him.
K20civicsirturbo When she said that I was lmfao I was weak af 😂 then when she was on the laptop looking at black basketball players eating plain cereal and drinking milk I was dead weak I was wtf shit idk if I can mess around with white girls anymore 😂
One thing I absolutely loved about the movie was how the parents kept mentioning that they would've voted for obama a third term. It kind of proves that you could literally be a racist, murderous, psycho, but as long as you say "I love obama" you still get a free pass as "not racist."
This is totally random, but the leading actor (Chris) actually had a role in a Netflix show called black mirror in which his characters name was "bing". Probably a coincidence , but.,,..,,, hey lol
I just saw Get Out with my wife in theaters last weekend. As one of the only black guys in the theater(that was packed), I feel I should give my opinion about one aspect of the experience. I feel like the ending of this movie was the only time that white people in the audience were ever scared of the police (without them doing something wrong)to create this fear. Does that make sense? Me as a black male, I feel in constant fear of the police, and of any situation where I come in contact with them. Whether I've done something wrong or not. But that final scene{spoilers} where the protagonist kills a bunch of white people who were trying to destroy him, and a police car pulls up in the darkness. Everyone regardless of skin color was afraid for that black guy. They all assumed that what happens in real life would happen in the movie. That the black guy would get shot before he could give a rational explanation. The audience applauded when he didn't get shot by the police, which I guess is progress.
The best scene NO DEBATING is the scene where she puts him in hypnosis the first time. Can't lie Mother was badass she told him what she was going to do and then did it
Hi. I stumbled upon your channel looking up more videos about this movie, thanks for sharing. My wife and i enjoyed the movie, I stated after that it was a great refresher from the generic over the top action, or worn out romantic comedies that are churned out every year. She was scared for most of the movie, doing the jacket over the eyes, but still can see, trick. It took me awhile to catch on exactly what was going on, and i did have some questions afterwards. Overall, I loved how it was funny, and it wasn't tooooo complicated at the end. I also thought style was simple but effective. I will definitely buy the dvd for the extras and bts stuff. I just became a bigger fan of Jordan Peele's. Thanks again for sharing.
I gotta admit that I thought going in the movie would make white people look evil and all that and was pleasantly surprised to find that the white people were actually envious of black people and their crimes are not in anyway motivated by racist hate.
This is not a smurf account. uh nothing envious about kidnapping entrapment torture or murder nothing at all...surprised somebody black actually survived that doesn't happen often as we all know...no I'd call that hate instead of envy
This is not a smurf account. You kinda miss the deep seated roots of the issue racism stems from envy a feeling of inadequacy in the eyes of a genetically superior race that point of the movie is beyond race, class, and location, a lot of white people in fact want to be black
what? the REASON they were kidnapping them in the first place was because they were envious and wanted their bodies. not out of anger or hate for their race.
I noticed the windows bing thing as well. I think it was good ole product placement because not only did they all have Microsoft windows phones every computer was a Microsoft surface.
Why was the grandma in the black womans body crying when Chris was talking to her about how he doesn't feel comfortable around a ton of white people? Was that the last bit of her conscious coming out for a brief moment?
Jack McKenna in the movie they said a sliver of the original hosts personality remains. They are trapped in the darkness we saw when Chris got hypnotized. It was her trying to free herself from mind control but she was too weak. We saw this again when Chris took a picture of the guy dressed in 1900's attire and he temporarily snapped out of the hypnosis pleading for Chris to escape while he still had a fighting chance. It is my belief that Georgina was later slightly able to overcome her hypnosis a second time and leave the door open so that Chris would discover the pictures of his "girlfriend" luring people back to the estate.
Afro Samurai damn this movie is so interesting. I just kinda thought the only way the sliver of the original personality could come out would be when they saw a flash. That's why I was so confused I didn't realize they could do it without.
Spoilers: Did anybody notice the scene where everyone was secretly bidding. Everyone had red every single person had red such as red lips, red napkins, red clothing red except for the hypnotized subjects?
Hey brother! Amazing analysis, I am huge fan of your videos. Very surprised that you only have 67K subscribers, but if you keep the amazing work up, the million will come in no time!!!
Second Story Much deeper than skeleton key but if holding it in comparison to the last film that you saw that was similar to it makes you feel better than great
Who JUST KNEW that since it was a horror movie and w/ all the police shootings, Chris was going to be shot by the cops at the end? I think the audience was excited not because Rose and her family were dead, but Chris TSA buddy was in the cop car and he was going to live
I just love that this movie addresses the fact that we’re not past race, in a time when most ppl pretend like racism doesn’t exist. But what’s even greater is the fact that Jordan Peele didn’t make it about some typical, cliche, secret uber-racist family but rather a society that is scared of being identified as racist so they overplay it in order to make the black community feel comfortable but in doing so, they overplay it to such an extent that it comes back around again and becomes uncomfortable. Obviously this is an extreme take on it, but it creates a great caricature of this liberal elite passive-agressive racist community which doesn’t even realise it’s portraying racist behaviour. This is by far the best social-satire horror tackling this topic I’ve ever seen, and the hypnosis/mind-control psychological thriller aspect just brings this movie to another level.
I LOVE the way you broke this movie down! One of the best explanations I've heard given the thousands of videos on it. I am an official subscriber solely based off this video and it's the FIRST of videos I've seen of yours.
Plot twist-Cops arrest Chris for all the murders even with all the evidence because he's black. Gets triple life sentence without parol! That would be most realistic! Sadly.
I saw the youtube video where they eluded to this ending, but it wasn't directly stated. Did you read it in an article/interview? How sad it truly is right?
You're judging a book by its cover. The thumbnail is just a flashy way to catch the attention of those who aren't subscribers. Red arrows just so happen to do that - always spoiler free. The video content is the important part.
Again, clickbait is when you advertise something you don't deliver on. The video is *exactly* as the title suggests and, I assume, the reason you subscribed. If a red arrow that brings in more viewers to help the channel grow offends you that much...then farewell my friend.
Many RUclipsrs try to make a living or supplemental income from posting on RUclips -- and clickbait is essentially advertising. It's also USUALLY more honest than what we traditionally call 'advertising.' Considering your strong reaction to red arrows, I expect you're also throwing out and boycotting all the products in your house that have been advertised as "new and improved" or "now with 15% more!" -- far more disingenuous. I mean, if you're a subscriber you had to know that traditionally solid AtZ content was behind the clickbait thumbnail. Was the thumbnail for the first AtZ clip you ever watched. A full-text thesis of the content of the video? Musta been. Continue to fight for the integrity of RUclips! It's really the thing the whole nation should be concerned about. Fight on, warrior!
Always wanted to say this, so listen close. I honest completely don't understand why most people of the world hate others because of they're skin. IT'S RIDICULOUS. Really. We are all human. We are the same, just colored. The color of you're skin does not matter. I'm a white guy and i have black friends. The best of friends ever. I have white friends as well. It's all the same. I can't really explain it much. Skin color doesn't make us different and our culture shouldn't either. It just makes us more diverse and that's a good thing!
Noticed its 100% fresh rating on rotten tomatoes and went and saw it last night. I think this movie is getting way too much of a pass because of its clever satire. It wasn't particularly well directed or acted. I don't think it was scary or funny compared to other horror/comedy classics. The characters (the girls immediate family) weren't very believable and I couldn't get into it, despite really wanting to. The 3rd act was really weak and a lot of the character behavior does't make any sense outside of being contrivances the movie uses to try and set up a creepy atmosphere. It was the right amount of story to make a perfect twilight zone/black mirror episode but stretched to over 100 minutes.
This is the downside of Rotten Tomatoes. When you see that a film has 100% you start to build expectations that the film can't possibly live up to. At least that's the way I feel.
I wanted to love this movie. The direction, acting and story just weren't convincing enough to suspend disbelief on this one. The directing was amateurish, the "scares" and story points felt heavily contrived and don't make a lot of sense outside of trying to establish a creepy atmosphere. The family didn't feel like real people, especially the brother. And I wasn't buying the relationship between the lead and the girlfriend.
I appreciate that your review of the film was both thorough and unbiased. Your analysis was spot on and you put a lot of details in perspective for me. Now I can't wait to watch it a second time! Thank you!
It's not a horror movie. It's a comedy parodying movies that are tone deaf like Reefer Madness only "acting white" and white people are the evil reefer. That's why it's hilarious instead of scary.
I'm loving the comment section of this video! Great movie and great synopsis! Quick observation. The question of "why black people" is addressed a few times in the film. I think it's interesting to note that while the answers were superficial at best, the suggested theme was that blacks are physically better. But, I think Chris represents the part of black DNA that has always been down played and gets ignored when we say "black people are just built physically stronger/better": intellect. Peele shuts that argument down by showing,we have the mental capacity to do serious damage (an ever present fear for some). I may even go so far to suggest that Chris is Jordan Peele's self portrait...or at least made in his image. Chris is an artist, he inherently sees the dichotomy of race issues in our society. He sees how ugly things are, but he also sees the beauty and humor in it all. That's all represented in his art (black and white pictures) and humorous interactions with his cousin and other black people (jokes pointing out the funny eccentricities of the races). Isn't Jordan Peele doing the exact same thing by making a horror/thriller centered around subtle racism? To me the definitive moment came when Chris killed the mother and the derranged brother, Jeremy pops back up for their final tussle. Chris gets free because he was "three steps ahead" of Jeremy. Earlier Jeremy bitterly praised Chris' body and told him he could be a "beast" if he took advantage of his genetic make-up and trained to fight. Jeremy also bragged then that he preferred Jiujitsu because it was a "strategic game" that required one to out smart their opponent, suggesting that Jeremy assumes mental intelligence over his black counter parts. Chris disproves his theory at the door fight. He anticipates Jeremy's move and ultimately kills him. Isn't that just Jordan Peele giving a finger to any oppressor who would use the excuse "we are smarter than them" to justify their hatred for black people? And like Chris, didn't he just leave the door wide open for any future black creative geniuses to walk right through and share in his glory (suggested by the ending when Chris gets saved by his TSA cousin who used his BRAIN to find Chris)? #weouthere
IMO, underlying meaning was the genetic superiority of black people. The whites needed their strength, speed, etc. All in all the movie was fantastic, and hilarious.
Carmen X Do you really think that Jordan Peele the man who written and directed this movie who is half white with a white wife and will eventually have white children thinks the black race is genetically Superior than the white race the movies is about equality and shedding the stereotypes of racism to convey more accurate depiction especially in this modern era. And to expose cultural appropriation. The very concept of race is delusional and has already been proven to be scientifically untrue.
what if this shit is true , and peele warning us just think about it. i know its a movie and sutff ,but everything that happens in the movie happens in real lfie , aswell as not trying to bring up conspiracies , but 1.5 million of black men came up missing in 2015.. not jail but completely vanished.
He married a white woman the same year he filmed the movie. I doubt the movie is to take literally from his point of view even if for me it's so realistic.
creativeKnowledge Mike that's because the Mexican drug cartels are personally doing their business in American cities now, and no longer need the middle men (blacks) so.......
creativeKnowledge Mike What???? R U Serious?????????? I Did Not Know That I Knew about black Children, & black people in general but I Did Not Know That, That Many black Men especially in 1Year Alone, "Reminding myself that obama was president" came up "MISSING" I HAVE TO DO SOME RESEARCH ON THAT ONE. THANKS.
Awesome review and awesome movie! You opened my eyes to a lot of details that I didn't notice about the film. Liked it very much. It somehow reminded me of Stepford Wives and The human centipede... less gross tho... New subscriber from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Keep up the good work!
Wowowowowowow! You are so right!! Just blew my mind with the last comment you made about picking cotton! This movie had so many layers!! Also Great review!
Two things i noticed, correct me if i'm wrong. One, when Chris was strapped down in the chair and about to get the surgery done on him. He puts the cotton in his ear to not get hypnotized again, but how did he put it in his ears if his arms/legs were locked in place? Two, near the end when the grandpa goes to tackle Chris to finish him off, Chris pulls out his phone and flashes the grandpa, the only thing i'm confused about is how Rose didn't see any sort of flash, even if the grandpa's body was covering most of it. It was pretty dark if I remember, so a any sort of light would be more noticeable right?
This movie talks about quote on quote "modern racism" in the sense that black people are not necessarily made to feel inferior, but instead feel dehumanized when only seen for our traits firstly before us as human beings. Which became clear in the party scene. The film was great, a true master piece. I'm looking forward to seeing more from Jordan Peele.
one thing I realized the day after seeing it was that she didn't want the cop not to see his ID to make him feel loved, she didn't want him to run the ID in the event that people call and search for his missing body which would be on record of him being in the area. Beyond a wonderful movie!
Nice catch! Thats GREAT writing right there.
Kristy Wayne I had this SAME thought process the day after I watched it too!!!!
Kristy Wayne good point!
Thats a good point! But to be honest, I second they exchanged glances, I thought the cop knew of her and her family and was in on it as well, hence the fact that he let them go. But I guess I was wrong.
Wow!! Great catch
I've watched so many ending explained videos for this movie & no one has mentioned the part where Chris is choking Rose & she starts smiling because she thinks the police have arrived so she starts pleading for help, effectively trying to frame him for the murder of her & her family.
Nez exactly as a white woman she knew the cops would absolutely take her word for everything
I would have been so pissed if it was an actual cop and believed her, but I was so relieved o how they ended it
ironfistman1 it was actually explained that the movie was supposed to end darker and it was actually going to be a cop
Ugh original ending was a cop pulling up to the scene and Chris ends up getting charged for the murders
RIGHT!
This is by far one of the best thought up movies I have ever seen. The time and effort to think of this is incredible. If you thing so, reply.
HOLY SHIT.. I didn't even get that until now! :)
Ethan Simpson Wow!! 😲 Great analogy

Mitchell Mack no he definetely was awake when that happened
Totally agree. When do you see horror movies that have freaking symbolism? Jordan Peele is amazing.
I loved how Jordan Peele brought in the part when Chris was talking about his mother, how she died cold and alone. And then when Rose was left there to bleed out, she too was cold and alone. A little bit of a sweet revenge!
that running scene, when I went to see it I could not stop laughing
Bearito YO SAME
"He literally picked cotton so he could be free". Best line of your review!
Small side note. There was a mention that the son also recruits, but is "less gentle".
Yeah he's the one who kidnaps the guy in the beginning on street. Same helmet, same headlock.
Brandon Haidon same car too! Shit. I just realized that. Lol
Brandon Haidon Even the same song was playing in the car when Chris turned it on.
yeah he kidnapped him because he was awake and was asking questions where he didnt belong
the other black guy from Brooklyn was the one that got kidnapped
Amazing film. Extremely well written. Jordan deserves all 100% of the rotten tomatoes rating
sad thing is, some moron troll critic went and gave it a rotten score and in his review talked more about obama and race politics more than the actual movie....smh
Dlvsn1975 but do people really care what Rotten Tomatoes say😕😕😕 I know I don't
Dawn Nicole Even if it didn't have as good of rating on rotten tomatoes it's still a dope film.
Right...I agree with you..
Dlvsn1975 who the fuck would want rotten tomatos.
If you see a movie with predominantly black characters and think "Hey I can't relate to that" then how do you think other races feel when they watch movies?
wowalinbie No but you can choose to not listen
wowalinbie I mean you can word it however you'd like but...
lol what strawman? I simply stated maybe for a second think about other peoples experiences. If that simple statement is too jarring for you really think about the person you are becoming.

Alan Lewis I'm not black and it was relatable lol
did y'all ever think that the reason why she dont eat the milk poured with the fruit loops is because fruit loops are colored and it's symbolizing that colored and whites shouldn't mix.... like this if I honestly just blew your mind
Travis Robinson wow. I was wondering why she was eating them separately
Travis Robinson And she used a Black straw to drink the White milk
Reach alert
as she sucked on the straw and searched for the top NCAA athlete
Stop using that no part shits creepy
max hernandez no no no
max hernandez no no no no no no no no
max hernandez lol im sayin not fuckin wit it
max hernandez noooo
its just really annoying
I love horror and this new fresh perspective on the genre. I'm looking forward to what Peele has in store, knowing the twist I set want to go back and watch it again.
Julie Eustache he confirmed that he thinking of making a sequel and other kind of movies like this :)
Infinity Storm Thank you! 😊
what twist?
kiko yunchow they definitely IS
kiko yunchow you type a whole lot of nothing
I wonder if Peele is really trying to wake us up... I mean the first song you hear as the movie starts is, "stay woke."
Roslyn Claxton the song is actually called "redbone" lol
Anonymous Anonymous Thank you and i am a new fan
Roslyn Claxton I thought it was meant to be ironic. Cause the song is called "Redbone" which is a term for light skinned black girls and it's when you're first introduced to Rose. Maybe it wasn't on purpose but I thought it was pretty funny
The song is called redbone but you're right. Jordan peele actually said that's why he chose that song. "Stay woke"
Roslyn Claxton his wife white.
bing over google? is it a science fiction film?
Pa šutiraj deeečkooo!!! Everyone also used windows phones, laptops, and tablets.
Dude, bing doesn't censor shit, like google does.
Google is better 100%
Pa šutiraj deeečkooo!!! i think cause bing sponsored the film
I think it's a nod to Daniel's (Chris) role in the Black Mirror episode "15 Million Merits"
Redbone in the background made it get my like
Average Good Gamer the song is in the movie 😊
Average Good Gamer I just seen The greatest remake ever of Get Out type in D'Allan Rixx Devil's Hallway video on RUclips.
"Is that people would rather use bing over google" 😂
Sujeidy Alvarez maybe, product placement? lol I hope Peele is getting some money off that
Sujeidy Alvarez there was plenty of windows products so definitely sponsored by windows

you missed the fact that every computer and cellphones were Windows...so using Bing is easy to understand
It's like Sunday Night Football lol
I thought the Asian guy was himself. Representing the model minority stereotype white people have for Asians. Other thoughts: The movie was good overall.
KatelynAvery yes. The Asian guy was part of the rich crowd. He was not abducted.

Before I've even seen this movie I already theorized that the daughter is the "lurer".
DetonateDuck same, i wouldnt have even fell for that shit, from the jump i wouldve felt something was off fam
DetonateDuck I mean how could she not know her family kidnaps people
DetonateDuck I thought that they would be cannibals. And during the film I thought she was hypnotized into helping them.
DetonateDuck
The black man's Kryptonite is a white or biracial woman.
DetonateDuck A lot of people did. It's just a suspicion. I did too. But I can understand why someone wouldn't, she was acting fine until it was revealed who she actually was.
lmmfao @ the use of "No, no no no no no" from the movie in this video
For me , the most core message of the movie is about objectification. Racism is a form of objectification, so is sexism, speciesism, anytime we see form/body as the main feature of a person/animal and ignore the soul-that is objectification. To me the deepest part is when Chris is in the chair and asks the blind guy on the tv "Why black people" with the most unsatisfied face (because he's probably had to ask that before whether amongst his friends or whatever) and the blind guy just chuckles and says he doesn't know
I loved how everything came full circle with tiny details-- Georgina doing her hair to cover her scar, and the groundskeeper covering it with a hat. It's all really cool
Re: "They never have a loved one who came after them" At least in Chris's case, she probably picked him partially because he was basically an orphan. Thank goodness he had his friend.
The part where she was on the phone speaking erratic and scared/worried for chris but her face was stern and motionless. Man that got to me.
How do you not have a million subs lol
Maybe one day Ninja Piggy.
Maybe one day
Rose also says,"he was going to put you in a headlock" when talking about her brother at the dinner table. Which he was the one at the beginning of the movie who put that other black dude in a headlock and kidnapped him.
this movie was dope!!! I'm definitely cool on snow bunnies for right now😂😂
Krispy Mane good for you we learning something from that flick Lord knows we haven't In real life
Krispy Mane lmao
I ain't gonna lie when white girl said " I know you wanted to fuck me raw" that would of got me LOL
K20civicsirturbo When she said that I was lmfao I was weak af 😂 then when she was on the laptop looking at black basketball players eating plain cereal and drinking milk I was dead weak I was wtf shit idk if I can mess around with white girls anymore 😂
Your an idiot.
One thing I absolutely loved about the movie was how the parents kept mentioning that they would've voted for obama a third term. It kind of proves that you could literally be a racist, murderous, psycho, but as long as you say "I love obama" you still get a free pass as "not racist."

This was a MIND BLOWING review!! Thank you so much for taking the time to break this down.
It sound like the skeleton key
That's exactly what I thought of when I left the film.
I feel like he drew insparation from it too, Georgina looks very similar to the lady in skeleton key and the voodoo like music at the very end.
Michael Torres And beginning
kinda!
Favorite scene in Get Out?
The AtZ Show wait so the maid was the Mum?
The best scene NO DEBATING is the scene where she puts him in hypnosis the first time. Can't lie Mother was badass she told him what she was going to do and then did it
I do like the opening scene because it was just one take but the first hypnosis scene was just insane
Do you like tiger woods. Let me see your golf swing. LMAO.
"Rose get the keys!!!"
Glad you liked it man!
Hoping the movie makes bank and Peele can fund his next project.
This movie was mind blowing
dope review. saw it a few nights ago. best film of 2017 so far
Watch GET OUT Full HD Online
Stream on > plus.google.com/+ThoeWilcentMovie/posts/a9c3dcW6gfP
This is not a smurf account. a theatre in my state denied play because it portrays whites as racist lol
what? the REASON they were kidnapping them in the first place was because they were envious and wanted their bodies. not out of anger or hate for their race.
I noticed the windows bing thing as well. I think it was good ole product placement because not only did they all have Microsoft windows phones every computer was a Microsoft surface.
It was like watching an NFL game lol
Why was the grandma in the black womans body crying when Chris was talking to her about how he doesn't feel comfortable around a ton of white people? Was that the last bit of her conscious coming out for a brief moment?
Jack McKenna Yeah I felt that it was a slice of georgina revealing herself, and the grandma was surpressing her or something.
Jack McKenna they could do it without the flash but it's much more difficult.
Really good review, I saw the movie and hope it has a part two coming.
I really think this movie is more of a thriller than a horror movie
I really love the fact that you're playing redbone in the background
Maaan when she was "looking for them keys" that part was getting me so pissed ! "Rose, where are the keys"
Great review!!! You pointed out sooo many things that I just completely missed.
Such a great analysis Art. This film was amazing.
Thanks Lee!
You got my Subscription dude. Awesome video!
Spoilers:
Did anybody notice the scene where everyone was secretly bidding.
Thanks! Glad you like em!
Man more to come.
This movie is another version of The Skeleton Key with Kate Hudson.
Second Story Except watchable.
Very true, Skeleton Key moved slower than this movie.
Second Story Much deeper than skeleton key but if holding it in comparison to the last film that you saw that was similar to it makes you feel better than great
great job dude I love the way that you break everything down awesome job!
Movie got me hyped as fuck while I was watching, engaging.
Brandon Yi agreed.
This is by far the best social-satire horror tackling this topic I’ve ever seen, and the hypnosis/mind-control psychological thriller aspect just brings this movie to another level.
your descriptions are always so funny, "in this video i:" always get me
Bing < google 😂😂
I LOVE the way you broke this movie down! One of the best explanations I've heard given the thousands of videos on it. I am an official subscriber solely based off this video and it's the FIRST of videos I've seen of yours.
Lmfaoo u funny as fuck for putting that no no no part in 😂😂🙏🏾👌🏾
Excellent take on the film. Also I liked your inclusion of interviews with the director. I'm adding you to my list of go to film discussions.
Plot twist-Cops arrest Chris for all the murders even with all the evidence because he's black. Gets triple life sentence without parol! That would be most realistic! Sadly.
Charlestown 14 this was the original ending but Peele changed it after Trayvon :(
I saw the youtube video where they eluded to this ending, but it wasn't directly stated. Did you read it in an article/interview? How sad it truly is right?
yah i saw an interview with JP.

Thx for sharing!
Great video man! I'm subbing!
"that people will use bing over google" #dead #lmafao
best review on youtube i've seen thus far. great breakdown.
The next time you put those STUPID RED ARROWS on a video's thumbnail, I'm unsubscribing. Yes, I'm fucking serious.
You're judging a book by its cover.
The thumbnail is just a flashy way to catch the attention of those who aren't subscribers. Red arrows just so happen to do that - always spoiler free.
The video content is the important part.
Exactly. It's called CLICKBAIT. Anyway, you lost a subscriber. I'm sure you'll handle without me. Good luck.
Again, clickbait is when you advertise something you don't deliver on. The video is *exactly* as the title suggests and, I assume, the reason you subscribed.
If a red arrow that brings in more viewers to help the channel grow offends you that much...then farewell my friend.
oh man. he lost 1 subscriber out of 66k. we sure are going to miss you.
Well the product placement WAS overtly Microsoft stuff, so of course they'd use Bing
I kept noticing the Windows phone that Chris uses. I was like..ehhh nobody uses a Windows phone.
I love this and you was right about everything. you covered everything. Ijust saw it tonight abd enjoyed it very much
Noticed its 100% fresh rating on rotten tomatoes and went and saw it last night.
Robert Jones I thought the critics were mistaken
Robert Jones even thought I disagree with pretty much everything you just said, please explain how the movie isn't well acted
TheGreat Enki directing school? Must be Spielberg
Thank you!
Hope you like it just as much!
I thought about Kanye and Kim!
Destinee Downey 😂😂
Destinee Downey Don't forget Taylor Swift. Part of the message is that these white "feminists" are 🐍🐍🐍
unbiased review, great job brother. ...
Its not a horror film. By all means. I like the title of psychological thriller. Horror NO
It's not a horror movie. It's a comedy parodying movies that are tone deaf like Reefer Madness only "acting white" and white people are the evil reefer. That's why it's hilarious instead of scary.
great video, keep up the good work.
just watched it its crazy
wow I will definitely subscribe I loved this break down you did a great job I want to see the movie again
10 Cloverfield Lane posters in the back. YEEEESSSSSSS. I could talk about that movie forever.
Carmen X they merely see the physical superiority but they despise and know there is spiritual superiority above all that the most high be praised
Jacktrippin7 Jack true but we are slowing losing that with the current rap culture.
It's funny because it's so obviously true. But whites are smarter
Hello Hi that's B cause u have been told all ur life that's true.but its not.that's like saying Asian's are smarter then white people.not true.
Probably the best review of this film, great job!
It Was A Lot Of Subliminals In The Movie.. Wonder If It Was Intentional.
Question. What's the thumbnail picture??
no...no...no...no........no no no no
Best Analysis I've heard yet! I agree with a lot of the symbolism. Also, anyone else really dig the photography???
Lion is a Snake
You earned a new sub, loved your analysis!
what if this shit is true , and peele warning us just think about it. i know its a movie and sutff ,but everything that happens in the movie happens in real lfie , aswell as not trying to bring up conspiracies , but 1.5 million of black men came up missing in 2015.. not jail but completely vanished.
+Avenger07 explain
creativeKnowledge Mike What???? R U Serious?????????? I Did Not Know That I Knew about black Children, & black people in general but I Did Not Know That, That Many black Men especially in 1Year Alone, "Reminding myself that obama was president" came up "MISSING" I HAVE TO DO SOME RESEARCH ON THAT ONE. THANKS.
I've seen this movie 2x and your explanation just deepened my adoration for this film. Incredibly well thought out, I hope to see more from Peele.
Awesome review and awesome movie! You opened my eyes to a lot of details that I didn't notice about the film. Liked it very much. It somehow reminded me of Stepford Wives and The human centipede... less gross tho... New subscriber from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Keep up the good work!
I appreciate this video so much. You did the movie justice.
I think you did a good job explaining the GET OUT "spoil." I haven't seen it as of yet but will. Thanks!
Excellent Review! I loved it 👍
Wowowowowowow! You are so right!! Just blew my mind with the last comment you made about picking cotton! This movie had so many layers!! Also Great review!
One thing I noticed , which I don't know if it had any significance but all the cars were Lincoln's ? Does that have any meaning
Thanks for making this video I now look at this film in a new light.
I won't leave a review of the movie -- BUT -- Thank You for your review and explanation. You are very good at what you do. Keep doing it!!!
DOPE MOVIE!!! #DetroitLove you did an awesome job! just won a new sub 😆
Jordan Peele better win an Emmy for best new director cause this movie is literally perfect
