Deutz 6240 , it was the first brand new tractor we bought back in 1986. Been a great little 40hp tractor and I still have it. 7000 hours later and never been touched!!😀😀
Grey Fergie is my personal favourite tractor as I believe it is the most important tractor that started modern farming. This is because of the three point linkage which is virtually on every modern tractor. I have one although it is a tef with a diesel four cylinder 😂
My lord your Russian translation was spot on. I have never laughed so hard. This video put the cap on a great day today. Ford 5000 biggest tractor we had the farm and it did everything. Thank you my lord for all you do.
I can't adequately put into words how happy it makes me to see that Belarus crawler hauling ass down the road. I love all that old Soviet technology. It's so interesting the way that people just made things work!
*Hello, Lord Muck. This is an old Russian, or rather Soviet crawler tractor BELARUS DT-75. This tractor was produced in the USSR at a factory in Volgograd.(this has nothing to do with Belarus. The trademark "BELARUS" was not chosen by chance, since this brand was already recognizable in the countries where this tractor was exported). The tractor cab shown in your video is NOT native. It was installed by a local dealer. The original cabin is less spacious, although one such cabin was later brought to the VGTZ, it was tested for working conditions (air temperature, dustiness, noise, visibility, etc.) and no advantages were revealed compared to the "native" cabin. In the USSR, the tractor became a true legend of the Soviet fields! The author of this video and the audience most likely had the impression that all the crawler tractors of the DT-75 "BELARUS" family were primitive, clumsy "mechanical horses". No. This tractor was developed in the form of the DT-75S tractor, and subsequently the DT-175S/M "VOLGAR". I.e. initially it was a high-speed modification of the DT-75 tractor. Its operating speed range was 9-15 km/h; and its transport speed was up to 21 km/h. The most important distinguishing feature of the Volgar was the presence of an automatic continuously variable hydromechanical transmission! If the resistance on the hook increases, the tractor itself reduces speed, and increases traction. And vice versa. There is NO need to change gears. By the way, in February 2021 it was 35 years since "Volgar was put into production.*
@@LordMuck You're welcome, thank you very much! In the future, when creating a video for my channel "Agro Amazing" about agricultural machinery - can I use this and the previous video during installation ? (Of course with a link to the original video)
@@LordMuck Well, thank you. If there is a desire, then here is a video of the tractor DT-175S/M "Volgar" in operation: ruclips.net/video/r-uIvnydkNE/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/0oPdSA7oBxw/видео.html
I've always liked DAVID BROWN TRACTORS when I was a kid the local farmer would have me steering whilst he controlled the foot pedals, as he ploughed the fields, it was a 1690 4x4 I remember it being fcukin huge! I was about only about 9/10 so it was a big deal for me and they're memories that I cherish! 👍
Nuffield 4/65. Yes, i know they have their problems and what not, but i find them reliable and lovely tractors to drive. Also the fact that my 4/65 has been the first tractor i owned and did up, influenced my choice.
1947 Fordson Major E2-7N, used to love driving it as a young girl, the cherry on the cake was seeing my uncle fall on the back of it, & then chase the darn the across field,..... Beautiful tractor and sounded great..
It's called a donkey engine!! Love these old crawlers, I bought a D4 7U when I was 18, parents thought I was completely mad, it came from Ali, in Prickwillow, Cambridgeshire, and had wide tracks, it came over as part of the war effort and after a bit of tinkering started beautifully on the donkey, and ran without making any smoke, my biggest regret was selling it! Great video, can watch you videos all night. My favourite tractor, the County 1124, with the fritzmeier cab, we had one on my Dad's farm back in the late 70's early 80's or the Roadless 115, or Roadless 120, that the neighbouring farm had at this time.
The whole video made me laugh, even the bits that I (maybe) shouldn't have laughed at, bloody brilliant Favourite tractor, County 1164, the first 4wd tractor I used..
Got to say it brings a smile to my face every time I see a Ford 7840 Powerstar SLE. Lovely going, good looking tractors. Second would be a MF148 - the venerable 135 with a spacer to make it fit my lanky legs a bit better. Third, would be the tractor I learnt to drive in, a Ford 3910 with the universally hated column gear change. I think I might be the only person in the world that likes them. 😂
For simple longevity.....cheap running costs and easy to maintain and mend yourself our David brown 990 would take beating....ploughs...mows...hauls... spreads muck n slurry... no bells...no whistles just a good dependable work horse...👍
Good men Kurt and Dave, no bother to ye, good save Dave on the windscreen, Ford 7000, spent many summer days sitting beside my father in one buckraking silage, it had a closed in cab and padding and Dual Power:):):)
Ford 6810 4wd with Quicki loader and column gears as was the first tractor that I drove on a daily basis back in the late 90s while listening to happy hardcore. Still got the hardcore.
International farmall 1954 super H is my favorite tractor Reliable easy to fix. I have my father’s he got it new in 1954. I was in Russia twice and liked seeing their tractors wheeled and tracked and their amphibious track vehicles for going in the tundra. Your weather is pretty mild there. it’s been -20c here in Alaska couple feet of snow.

Helped a friend with his Antonov AN-2 in Auburn, CA . Learned to start the ASh-62 (license built B-17 engine) with an electric flywheel with a clutch start. If battery packed it in, you had to hand crank the flywheel. 1820 cubic inches. 30+ liters for my friends cross the pond. It was a great lesson in language, mechanics and history all wrapped in a beautiful 8,000 lb package. Flying tractor? Yes! Love it. Great show fellas. Greetings from the USA.
Great video, regards the favourite tractor,as a school kid I use to see a contractor by the name of hollingsworth who had a international crawler pulling a furrow Ransom trail plough, that man could plough , Padfield farmers often used him, good to see. Kevin Fox, Essex
Fordson Super Dexta because it was the first tractor I drove actually ploughing with an old MF quarter turn reversible plough which I had fixed up myself and Dad let me loose with it to actually do some work with it. I was so proud to be able actually help with the farm in a positive way doing ploughing and doing a satisfactory job with it.
The John-Deere 6506 tractor is the tractor i have good memories about. I’dd love the sound of the onblown straight six. It was the first tractor i spent most of the time during my internship. Keep up these nice video’s. Greetings from the Northern Netherlands.
Congratulations Mucka. That crawler took some doing but you persevered and got it to strike and bark. Like you said its free to subscribe and its rare to get anything for free but I will say clicking that subscribe button has given me a lot entertainment. Keep up the good work and stay safe. Cheers
Model 70 John Deere. Learnt how to drive on that old beast when I was a kid on the farm in the late sixties. Yuuupp with the pony motor. Then we went big time with a 4010 JD. Love your channel. 👌👍
Ford 3000. Still have the one we had on the farm over 30 years ago. We had others, but I like the size and quick handling of the 3000. It is relegated to moving round bales now, but in the day we did most everything with it.
My 1952 Fordson major which i restored and named samuel after my younger brother who we lost to cancer in 2005, have good memories playing with out toy tractors as kids good old carpet farming :)
Great video, your mate does not muck about getting it off the trailer and by hell can it move never seen a crawler go that fast before. my first tractor that I drove when I was 12 in 1962 was my dad`s Fordson Major Diesel chain harrowing. love all your video`s thanks Bernard.
Big Belarus running of the donkey now that's the way to do it. You told him to send and he did lol.😂 Window delted lol. Cool. Gonna be a good day! Was fun to see him jump off the platform! We used to have an old Massey Harris tricycle and had to be hand cranked. Easy/scary to wheelie on.
My favourite for ease of use of the pick-up hitch was the David Brown 1200. Could attach a silage trailer and plug the hydraulics in without leaving the seat.

Favourite tractor, this is tricky. Learnt on a Nuffield 10/60 aged 8. Did a lot of driving on 4/65's one of which had been fitted with a 6 cylinder engine. Also drove a few dextas. Tractors I've always wanted to drive, Alis Chalmers b, e27n, tw35 and a Massey 1200. International 1056. First tractor I bought, when I was 19. Did 15,000 hours on her, including making over 100,000 round bales. She'll be in the workshop by Christmas to start a bit of a major refurb. She needs it, not having run for a decade!
Boy is that rhino front heavy! Funny behavior while unloaded:) Great stuff as always, sometimes it takes time but systematic research, it usually takes a good end. Thumbs up!
Dave's the man!, spring steel spine, titanium tailbone, floor penetrating clutch foot and catlike reflexes was all shown on that ride, that was awesome 🤣 Tractor would be a Ford TW 35, always wanted one and I'm not even a Farmer or farmhand.
That Belarus has got some speed, well worth the wait for part 2! Ford 4000, my Dad had one on our farm when I was growing up, brings back good memories and love the sound of them!
