No way Matt and Lord muck together haha As an Englishman !! so happy right now !! English and American is such a Natural thing !! we compliment each other so much xx
I always enjoy your visits with Matt. Love the sound of a diesel working, I guess that's why I drove trucks for a living. Wade said it best, we have brothers & sisters around the world. Give her Ladyship a good head scratch for me.
Been watching Matt working on the auto car since you put me on to his channel. oh boy that army truck got a tune to it with that sweet pedalling mucka! Matt's got a hell of a play ground
Cheers LM Matt@DieselCreek is a legend I think I found him at around the 20k sub mark So chuffed to see his subs still going up And you introduced me to Logger Wade who is another genuinely nice guy Not to mention your own quality content that makes you the biggest legend of all Thank you again Sir 👍
It’s great seeing you on our side of the pond! I’ve been a subscriber of yours for a few years now, and it’s great to see you teaming up with some of my favorites like Matt and DP! Keep it coming!
always a great vid with you and and matt mucker 👍 but you should get matt over this side of the pond soon show him the matadors maybe get him in on the will it starts now that would be a great video 💯
Okay, a bit of a teaser but Matt won't have time this year to come here BUT... we have a couple of really cool projects on the go for you later this year, so stay tuned ! 😉👌🏼
Good vehicles, those particular jeeps. The only problem here in NZ was that Jeep had obviously not fulfilled a military contract in a ‘verrry looong’ time and had forgotten about water getting into the induction system😁! A number of 6 cylinder engines were ‘hydraulicked’ and replaced under warranty because the air cleaner faced forward and water apparently splashed up into it. Jeep eventually turned the air cleaner to the rear. The surviving vehicles appear to have all been fitted with raised air intakes where used for off-road work.
The entire Pacific fleet of the GMCs were dumped in NZ after the war. They're still pretty common and some still used for work. They were the backbone of the trucking industry here post war. I've got 3 mates who have got one in various guises.
I follow Matt on RUclips he is great with the spanners and is handy with the welding as well. Great vlog and the next one should be as well. Ta Ta mucker Matt from Hastings.
Old rig is sounding good ,have always wanted one of these or one from 59 or 60 as I'd guess that's what my dad would of had to drive in the army. Wish I'd of remember more, his autocar is going be stunning I'd guess. I just got a couple dozen started projects, I need to get me a old gnarly truck soon ,I something I could use and possibly functioning rat rod ,idk always wanted to drive a truck then started welding at 18 and haven't looked back . I like the day cab or tiny sleeper with the bare 20' frame rail look for sure. But I'm more the rotten patched on patches frame retired fertilizer truck 😮. Subscribed and going Check more of your videos out.
good to see a bit of double de clutching going on, many years ago, 1987ish, I was trying to teach some US Army soldiers how to drive an AEC Militant, constant mesh and early, as no power steering.....a lifetime ago.
Yes!!! We had a few of these in the USAF in Germany. One had a box on the back, walk in and racks of radio (Ground Rat!!!) equipment. Other was the troop carrier style. Was fun “bombing” down the Autobahn at a blistering 55mph lol. Up at motor pool (Kapaun AS) was a nice flat area that I could get that beast sideways in the snow haha. Armstrong steering! You had to wear hearing protection when driving, and that drone would put your passenger to sleep. It’s been 26 years and I know I could start one up right now (switches!).
Muck operates that Deuce like he was part of an UN convoy in the past. You don`t know exhilaration until you a light change on a Huge dragline crane mast 85 feet above the ground.
The DieselCreek 5 ton sounds great and after the fuel pump retiming seems to really get up and go. Love seeing you with Matt again, your lordship! A question for you, What’s better, a matador or a 5 ton?
Matt's is an M-35 which is the 2.5 ton (Deuce and a half) The 5 tonners were the M-54 etc. M-35 is nicer all round but I prefer the sound and simplicity of the Matador
@@LordMuck (hand to forehead) That’s right, Duce & a half. Yeah, there doesn’t seem to be a lot to a Matador from what I’ve seen on your videos. Working my way up to the F4U you have in the intro, my favorite!
A bit more useless info, the old Liverpool docks yellow duck tourist trucks that one sunk in 2013 were the amphibious verision of the original 'Deuce and a half' GMC 6x6. The code for the amphibious version was DUKW hence them been called 'ducks'.
Mr muck I love that you put that comedian Legend John Candy in your videos.I wish you could have went out and seen his buddy Sam with scrappy industry with that sweeeeeeeeet superliner mack he has. I'd love to see a video of you peg scrappy and Matt together. by far that would be an epic video. take care Lord Muck. ❤❤❤
You were driving that reo like a mad man. Well done. Hope you get to drive the king of armytrucks the dutch 4 tonner once... These are a blast to drive. Very versatile too.
Today was a great day. Went on a tractor ride and I decided to drive my Great Grandpa's tractor a Massey Harris 22. Soon I will be done working on my Minneapolis Moline M670 Super waiting on the fuel tank. Next will be My Massey Ferguson 135 petrol I killed last year The best guess is an Exhaust valve cooked.
EXCELLENT VIDEO Matt :).& Lord Muck and anyone have Winter Beater with Heater to drive in Vechiles for Winter Season months to ! I have my share over years too and Lol got me Point A to Z also more !

Wow ,loving the 6x6 military truck, you should take a semi out when your state side ,with the legendary cumins n14 in it,
We ran ERF's with 14 litre Cummins in them years ago
@@LordMuck a proper truck
Every time I hear an American "Whistler" I think of the Facebook video of the guy in Southern England wrecking Police cars with one 🤣

Loving these colab youtubers vids

Fantastic Mucka and those gear changes 👌
Mighty stuff Puppo, Kurt, Matt, Mike and of course Wade, Thank You🙏👍👌😎
It's not a Mucker vid unless Oddball makes an appearance. The second mud hole was the rinse.
Great video as always Mucka 👍
Great video mucker that is one beautiful military truck looks and sounds great top work as always 👍🏻

Great entertainment Muck and Matt.
Reo 3rd to 4th is a jump. Love driving mine, destroying the peace and quiet.
Muck operates that Deuce like he was part of an UN convoy in the past. You don`t know exhilaration until you a light change on a Huge dragline crane mast 85 feet above the ground.
Nice gear changes mucker and fuck that thing sounds good👍
There were some new Oshkosh trucks next to the freeway on a train. I am not so sure if you hooked up a normal trailer it would reach the ground.
Thank you for another great video. Cheers

I never knew Land Rover made headlinings for Jeep.
😂 I thought the same !
They never built a bad XJ Cherokee!
Perfect soundtrack. 👍👍👍🇬🇧
Looked like fun. A bit of DP and wade coming up. That’ll be interesting for sure especially if Aaron’s involved
New subscriber because of DC! Love those deuce and a halfs
Ah that sound!! Amazing. 😊
Lord Muck?yu really hitting it there with them gear changes on that mechanical behemoth
NZ govt had heaps of 40's model GMCs. I started driving in a 6x6 twin stick left hooked 44yrs ago. That thing could go anywhere.
Have a nice week.

Damn I miss the Turbo Charged M35's from the 80's ... riding in the back for a couple of hours going wherever the Army wanted
Love the turbo sound 👍💪👍
The Reo whistler is just like my mates I sometimes drive it. Its fantastic with the multifuel engine wish I could have one.
