Everybody knows the best tires are dump tires. I've been fortunate to have grown up and worked with a lot of guys like Peg. If the chips are down and you need help, no matter what it is, those are the guys that will stop and do what it takes to get you back on your feet. They do it, because they have been there and been you themselves.
Good video. Peg has a heart as big as himself. Saw that when he helped out Vic with an engine when his crapped out. Nice to watch a bit of the behind the scenes. Gotta love Matt's signature in the rear door. You're right that truck has a big story to tell now. Thanks for sharing.

Authorities frown on bullet holes over here. He'll either breeze through or he's got himself one lengthy secondary inspection.

I have the 4wd version of that truck. Same paint color. Manual with 3.55s will easily pull around 22mpg at 55. As it really doesn't like going any faster. With a jaw staggering 166hp on tap in a 4+ ton ride. . One perk is, in the event of a solar flare/EMP that would be one of the newest autos still driving, as its computer free with the Manual transmission. ..LOL..
You guys know how to have fun im almost 45 and like to boar around in the gumbo and mud and muck with fords and old tractors , got a little ford 302 5 spd cut down to about 10 inches shorter wheel base than a cj and 4k 3rd gear 4 hi dumping the clutch is always a good time. He was up by davenport Iowa thats only a little over 2 hours away , we could have tore some stuff off and welded it on here lol. Good times looks like for sure.

What a proper treat , can’t wait to see the full video from pegs side . We used to go gravel racing and a mates place was on the way home , a few beers deep the cars would come off the trailers and we had 10x more fun in paddocks at his place half cut. No one was ever hurt and was tits out of ten fun . So get what your saying about the after hours party .

Question on Tractors. I Grew up at Cromer in Norfolk in the 70's and 80's. On the Prom they had what we called "Poppers" I believe they were knicknamed this because some of the earlier ones were started on a Cartridge, not disimilar to a shotgun cartridge. Have you come across them and is there a video on your channel?
