    This doesn't sound impressionist. You should try with 9th and 11th chords, non-harmony notes, fast melodies, and things that Debussy or Ravel Would do. First, you should learn what "impressionism" is, because it's not whatever that sounds kinda minimalistic, remember impressionism is the ancestor of the XX century, so, would be good if you check the work of the composers mentioned before.
