    I added a few frozen blueberries too the tops before baking and they're amazing. This is the best recipe I've tried so far. I think the extra flour helps greatly. Thank you for sharing this.
    I also always strain my almonds twice. This just gives me more milk. I find there's still so much left over in the almond after only doing it once.

    Just made these, they were DELISH 😋 highly recommend 👍🏼❤
    Also, I didn't have almond extract so used vanilla instead & found at 8 min it was still not fully cooked so I baked it longer.

      I bake over 12 minutes and it's still not fully baked. I don't know if I did something wrong?

    I just made this with leftover almond pulp and it was DELISH! I made the cookies slightly bigger so I added more time and I mixed almond and reg flour.

    Sounds so yummilicious. I will certainly give it a go. Such a simple recipe too. I may substitute white sugar for jaggery. Thanks so much.

      I hope you do try it. I'm not even sure what jaggery is, but give it a try.

    Has anyone tried coconut oil or nut butter rather than vegan butter?

    If you don’t have any almond extract would vanilla work do you think?

    • @kyleeskitchen
      @kyleeskitchen  3 года назад +3

      It would give it a different flavor, but it would still work. They just wouldn't be as almondy.

    Do you have an oat version? I've been saving my carton milk in the freezer and been making oat milk.

    how much almond pulp?

    • @dorliederer6911
      @dorliederer6911 3 года назад +2

      Sad that nobody responded I would like to know as well since I start with pulp left from yesterday’s yougurt and my consistencies is much different than what this shows here (1 cup almonds to 4 cups water) I used 1- 3 to make it creamier. So would love to know but sad that the amount of pulp has been excluded. Sad face.

    Noted that your recipe used baking soda without adding any other acid based liquid. May I know will the baking soda activate to expand the biscuit? Or the baking soda acts as a form of preservative?
