My story: You won't believe all the standard 2021 Venza LE features www.torquenews.com/6626/you-will-not-believe-all-standard-features-2021-toyota-venza-le
I really wish reviewers who are familiar with product tell us all what the concerns are with hybrids. For instance Do they need to be driven a lot Any problems in frigid weather with batteries Any problems with very hot temps with batteries Battery fires Does ac work the same as reg Toyotas I know you want to sell these things but there is hesitancy with people unfamiliar with hybrids. Thx
You are the best Jeff, a real person, not just a salesman. I am Canadian and learned now that the Toyota market, products, accessories are different for us. Example our 2021 Limited Venza only comes with a panoramic sky light, no other option offered. Also the trunk rubber mat is not available right now or the roof rack cross bars. Why is that? I just bought my 2021 Venza Limited and have a ETA. Of around October 26/2020. Watching your videos is helping me prep for it. I love your detailed presentation and enthusiasm and how you can explain techy stuff in understandable layman’s terms. I also love your quirky humour. Right now we all can use some comedy relief. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Keep up the good work, WOW! 👍🇨🇦
Great Review!! My wife is looking at either a Rav4 Hybrid or this Venza. Why did they move the rear turn indicator lights down to the rear bumper? I’ve seen this feature on some Kias and feel it is a dangerous move. If you are close behind one of these vehicles at a stop light, you will not see these turn signals. Most people are not used to looking down at the car in front of you to see a turn indicator. This could be a deal breaker.
I've been in a Toyota dealership today and saw a Venza XLE. It's a good looking car but the problem was the price! On the official Toyota website, the XLE model is about 35k which is a decent price for this car but my mind was blowing when I saw the sticker! It was 50k! To be honest there are a lot of luxury brands you can go with that price like Tesla or Land Rover or etc. I'm telling you, with this strategy Toyota will lose a lot of loyal customer like me! I was waiting for Rav4 Prime for more than 1.5 years. And now I realize it's even more expensive than a Highlander Platinum! Why would a customer spend 50k in a car worths 30-35k? It's crazy! Hopefully you as a Toyota family transfer my concern to a top business strategist!
The only thing one can do in that situation is to correctly say no thank you and leave. It is my perception that dealerships (not just Toyota) will attempt to mark up vehicles and claim its “value” with excuses based on desire and rarity. I began looking at Venza when it became clear that the RAV4 Prime would be too rare to obtain let alone the high markup. But if the Venza is treated similarly with pricing, this would completely turn me AWAY from Toyota - never having owned one before but having owned many other brands. Jeff at Anderson, I greatly appreciate your reviews and wish you speedy recovery. Take care of your unique self “for God’s sake” and God bless.
I was at a Toyota dealership today and Venza was disappointing!! The swoosh back is ugly and claustrophobic. The Rav4 is little better. They should had made it more boxy like the 2004 to 2007 Honda CRV. For the sticker price, I will buy the highlander. Venza over $40k is crazy and I rather buy a fully loaded 2018 Volvo XC60 A much better car.
I can only get 41-43 liters of gas in it and the it says I only have 10-20 KL left to drive, I love it but Toyota does not admit a problem my son has the Rav 4 Hybrid the same thing.
Thanks for such an in depth review you gave us on this new Venza limited. I really like the look of the new Venza a lot. This looks like a really nice vehicle and glad to see they are making this again and really improved on it a lot. I do like how it is a little bigger than my Rav4 XSE Hybrid. It looks to be very comparable gas wise to what I get with my XSE Rav4 and similar in price range. Maybe not the limited but the LE and XLE.
Been watching your video review regarding the Venza 2021. It's been an educational and interesting review. We bought a new 2021 Venza limited last month. I hope you can help us with 2 issues. First, how can you correct the warning sign in my backup and front cameras? The yellow lines do not move when the car backs up. Second, we don't have the road sign assist option in the settings of the multi-information display (MID), although we got a limited edition that is supposed to be included in the settings. Hope you can help us with this one.
Does the Venza have remote start (from the key fob)? That’s my favorite feature of my Chevy Equinox. I really like this car. Thanks for showing it in such detail!
I just purchased the XLE Model in the same color. You down load an app and it can be started from there. Im not sure about the remote starting it yet, as I just got it a few hours ago.
It looks like a cut off station wagon. The door colors are bad. They could have put drink holders up higher on the rear doors. The seats could have had a release button in the rear with chargers. The seats do not look very plush at all expecially the back seat. People need leg and and head space throughout the vehicle.
Man o man wish you had a night shade edition ......black rims.....black chrome trim and badges.......Something for your dealership to provide after market ! Also a Limited should come with hood struts... another after market addition.
Hi Jeff, Thank you for posting/making video even though your under the weatheR. You are a trooper! Gettin it done! Not sure Im in the market for a Venza at the moment. Looks like another quality vehicle from Toyota. This vehicle is very nice. The road test showed how well this vehicle handles the road. Hope you feel better. Plenty rest and maybe some tea with honey. Be well brother! Can you smell what the Rock is cooking??! :)
Hey Jeff. Question. In the driver seat for the paper lumbar is it a 4 way lumbar or 2 way, because from the lumbar switch gear in the video it looks like it’s a 4 way lumbar
Is there an option for user to disable the electric motors if we want to? What is a typical cost to replace the battery? For 4 wheel drive feature, is it as good as Subaru?
At about 30 minutes you made an important point. These hybrids, during acceleration they make a roaring noise but that quietens down at cruising speed. I plan to test drive a Venza tomorrow. After driving our Tesla, which takes off like a rocket in silence, if the Venza too roars too much, I'll likely get turned off! Yesterday I went to see a new Avalon hybrid. When the engine turned on, as the AC was going full blast, the engine made a rattling irritating sound! Pathetic. Same with a Lexus ES 300h I drove last year. The roaring noise during acceleration was so disheartening. I think this is why people don't like hybrids. Hey, they should have a slightly bigger battery so the car can take off without all that noise, and catch up on the battery charge during cruising! :)
This car is odd. For this price I have so many other options that is very hard for me to understand why I’d pick the Venza. The RAV4 Prime even includes the tax rebates and feels roomier, including cargo. It’s only boxier. I’d also consider a Highlander at this price range, or other three rows SUVs like the CX-9 etc etc or even the CX-5 signature with a turbo engine, Napa leather and heads up display. What’s the appeal to pick a venza over others at a similar price range? Yes, it looks like a Lexus but that’s pretty much it.
This car is roomier. My fiancé is 6’5 and felt very comfortable in the Venza and cramped in the rav 4. I guess it just depends if you prefer your car to feel spacious or more boxed in like the rav 4. I personally was disappointed at how small the rav4 interior felt compared to how big it looks on the outside
Very pretty BUT Don’t want hybrid with batteries under where we sit. So bad for health! We all do not live in California. Cargo not as good as Rav 4 or Ford Edge, which it is comparing against. No softtex seating for me- so hot on body. Why is Toyota always playing catch up lately. My family was 30 year Toyota customer until now, but had to make another decisions for our new vehicles. Maybe they need new management? They used to lead innovation, now desperately trying to catch up with everyone.

I can get a LIMITED PALISADE for less than 50k. That price is ridiculous for the Venza. Totally agree with your point of view...
Wow, what a ripoff. These dealers think everyone is desperate. I’ll keep waiting to buy a new car until I get good deal. 🤣
Toyota cars are overpriced for mainstream vehicle. cant even afford 1 anymore

Thanks for the review and all of the information. I just bought the Venza Limited in the Coastal Gray!
The Venza is pretty cool but what makes the video is Jeff. Too funny.
Will the 2021 Highlander have Power folding mirrors?
The cargo space sucks
Not being able to adjust the front passenger seat height is just silly toyota
The panoramic frost Roof is standard on Canadians limited trim
Just bought one. Coastal Gray, black interior. Very impressed so far.
How do u like color?
@@Mrtellitlikeitis I like it. In certain light, it looks blueish. In other light, it’s more gray.
How’s the noise. Lots of chatter about wind and tire noise. Thx
My last car was a Passat and I believe the Venza is a bit quieter. There is noise, for sure. But it doesn’t bother me. Better tires will be quieter.
Jeff thanks for your review!
I hope you make compare video 22 venza limited vs 22 lexus Nx350 premium (12 inch screen version). It just 5k different.
better looking than the Lexus RX350

Love it, would want the XLE W/Soft tex upgrade and standard infotainment screen, that slab is just too big.
that's the exact combo I am looking at when my Rav4 lease ends
Is that true that Limited WITH sunroof is more noise then without sunroof? Thank you!
I have never heard so much babbling in all my born days.
If you put Lexus badges on it would anyone notice?
I don't care for front. I'd rather buy limited rav4
Those tires are expensive to replace . Looks great though .
Great review. Waiting on special financing and more inventory choices
Great review Jeff. Yeah, I need to test drive the Venza Limited
I just but the limited three days ago I absolutely love it it’s an amazing cuv I I had the Highlander Limited for a year and traded it in for this

Great hands on review. New sub!
The previous generations of the Venza, I thought it was a minivan. LOL

Truly enjoy your insight and energy! I have test driven the Venza and so thankful you have done your research for me!! Best wishes 2021!
Thanks Jeff great review, just got the limited, couldn’t remember all the features and how to access them, so glad you did this video.

It doesn’t have rear heated outboard seats? Also, what about the heated windshield? The RAV4 has the option.

Just like every other 2021 Toyota on the road 🥱
I want the Venza limited. It looks gorgeous but I would choose a different color with sun roof.
Dude you are so cool. Wish you were my salesman :)
random Holla!!
30:25 .... other reviewers say the road noise is greater at highway speed. thoughts?
My dream car
I ordered one
Why Toyota does not offer discounts like GM and Ford on trucks

I'm seeing a lot of Jaguar in it- I think the Rav4 looks better😏

Bye bye my old 2005 Prius, you served me well

you are awesome... i am so addicted.....
This man is so F ..... Hot WOW ❤️
What’s the price?
according to google this Venza actually has more ground clearance than Rav 4 ...
don't they gave a HUD on the windshield?
HUD on my Limited.
Limited without Fog light !!! Toyota just add on
None of the US models have them because it's not legally required. I've ordered them though for mine.
Jeff how’s the front seat feel compared to the rav4. What car has more room. I’m a big guy
LiquidSm0ke another reviewer said this vehicle was more cramped than Rav4 and better for a smaller person.
bonbon27 wow would of never thought despite it being longer. I think I will test drive both

new Venza is too small for me; the same flatform of Reva4 and also Toyota price nowaday is reaching to Lexus.
Нормальная тачка
How much ?
Hope you don't have the Covvy Jeff? I don't think we have this Toyota is Europe?
nope it’s not Covid. I took a negative test last week to be sure :)
