Red Snapper in my opinion is one of the best tasting fish out there. I’m really surprised you didn’t flour the tail. Deep fried fish tails are delicious.
AB...there is a fish scaler makes it so easy...I try porgies weekly... Try a little lime juice a west indie person told me to do that before I season takes it to another level. Still another fab video

I love red snapper but have not had it in a long time. It is so hard to find where I live. There is a fish market a little further out then I like to drive that has it sometimes. Cost a fortune too but it is worth every penny!
