Hello! Love your videos! Very helpful! I was wondering if you could do a video over a sweatshirt with a curved name or team name on the neckline? I am having problems with my Taj. Sai when I do this. I keep getting the error code 322 or 323.

When you said you have to take the backing holder out, you do you keep the backing from moving inside the sleeve when you do that?
With this, you leave the backing holder on until the item is hooped between the two main parts of the Mighty Hoop. Once hooped between the two magnetic hoops, the holder comes off from around the bottom of the magnetic hoop. The backing will be between the magnetic hoops and will stay in place. 🌞

I just purchased and received my Sai!! I stitched my first design and ran out of bobbin thread. I have been looking for the bobbin for the machine. Please help!! Size L? Couldn’t find anything that looks like the 2 that came with the machine. Where can I find the bobbin!

Some use the cardboard and some ppl use the metal refillable ones. Whichever you start using...stick with that type if you can. And CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 on your new machine!
