I am touched by Andrew bowing his head. I wish I could have the pleasure of observing his behavior more often, and that he wasn't hidden because of past indiscretions.
To see Prince Edward, Sophie Countess of Wessex, and Prince Andrew bow / curtsy when the hearse pulled up and then again just after Princess Anne did when the coffin went by as it was carried into Holyrood was all rather poignant. And very sad. I hope, as King Charles said, they are able to feel the outpouring of support for them all.
I am very touched seeing Andrew bow his head. I am drawn to the royals in part because of this so called regal behavior or mannerisms; it's entertaining. I think he really seems to have the mannerisms of a Prince and that is what I'm interested in. Don't care about misbehavior long ago, which was not really so awful; and the young woman had some responsibility in that. So I feel we have been deprived of something through his isolation. Anyway I feel he is so sincere with that head nod, and it touches me. Those gestures are one of the things that make the Royals entertaining at all; take all of those people away and you have blandness.
Have people no respect ? When a funeral cortege passes by, whether its Royalty or, otherwise, you stand in silence and if hats are worn, you remove them.
The hero's of the day; the pallbearers....but who were they, with the biggest responsibility of the day? From the Royal Regiment of Scotland, one is called Ben Tubuna , from Rewa, Fiji.......anyone know the others?

How sad for DIANA a bride on her day. And most disrespectful was Charles flaunting, on his honeymoon, the intertwined 'C&C' cufflinks Camilla gave Charles as a wedding gift. How low of a broad do you have to be, to do that?
Diana committed adultry for three years and then Charles found out and went back to Camilla. It was an arraigned marriage because he was not allowed to marry the woman he loved( Camilla), because she was not an aristocrat. When did Diane ever show support for Charles. She always needed to be the center of attention. Camillás crime is that she loved Charles and has devoted her life to support him and bring him some happiness.
