Today I give you a tour of our farm stay, where we feed and hang out with sheep, goats, horses, bunnies and more! While some animals are fenced in, others roam free. There's also a cafe on the farm for those in need of coffee and treats.
Suggestion: Be sure to go grocery shopping before checking in. The nearest restaurants and markets are about 10-15 minutes away. Once you check into the cabins, you won't want to go back out, especially at night. The dirt paths are narrow as you get closer to the lodging and you'll need to take caution for oncoming vehicles.

Other details: Check-in is from 3 PM-11 AM. Schedule the check-in time in advance. Otherwise stop by the cafe for assistance. Parking is free, but you will need to manually open the gate by hand, before and after the farm is closed to the public.

You noted that the sheep reminded you of a camel, but did you know sheep and camels are both ruminant animals? They both have chambered stomachs! The camel is the odd one out and has 3 chambers, but sheep, goats and cows have 4!

We enjoyed our stay there so much, so we'd go again! But in the warmer months. I imagine the animals will not roam around as much in the snowy winter.

Nice and relaxing. The nearest grocery store being 10-15 minutes away is not too bad. I usually drive more than that for groceries (there are closer ones from me, but i don't like it). You probably meant that it might also be closing at a certain time, so buy what food you want first. This is a great vlog. Thank you.

How do goats get through apparently secure fences? No idea. But mine manage it and they are much bigger. Then they head for the garden plants with the largest price tag. Without fail.

Nice video, be careful feeding horses like that though! Best way is to lay whatever you are feeding flat in the palm (Make your palm flat as possible). Horses do not see very well forward and might snap at your fingers!
