- We're really pleased to have finished the development on the decat pipe for the Multistrada V4.
We think it sounds great but you can make your own mind up.
The decat pipe along with the bespoke remapping liberates an extra 10bhp, the power delivery is smoothed and the throttle response is now amazing. Gone are all the vibrations below 6000 RPM and the bike just wants to pull in any gear from any RPM.

Very nice job but im sorry Β£1700 doesnt represent gopd value for money. A remap at Β£400 and the link pipe at Β£500 would still be high but in the ball park. A appreciate the work thats gone into this and that you are UK based and will keep an eye out on any special offers. Cheers

I'm having a hell of a time finding a decat that's compatible with the Rally model. The DQ won't fit as the swingarm is different. Any chance you guys will be going some development for the Rally? Thanks!

Went to order the full Akra system 2 weeks ago but now if you order /fit the full system you have to register it with Ducati to be able to add the factory map. Laws changed about month ago. A lot of customers are now cancelling the full Akra system as it now has to be registered and declared on your insurance ,otherwise in the event of claim etc. your insurance will be void and also your /my warranty on my new v4 pikes peak will also be void. π«. I only found this out when I went to order the full system from my ducati dealer few weeks ago.
Hi. I want to put a decat on a Ducati Multistrada V4 and an Arrow exhaust. Do I have to upload the appropriate map? Can you buy such a map?
During the sound comparison the stock bike has a centerstand (option for the PP), the de-cat bike does not. Does the centerstand fit with the de-cat pipe?
Hi, the decat does fit with the centre stand. We will be uploading an instructional video on how to fit the system soon.
In hindsight--I wish I had done my bike this way--but I did the Ducati race pipe. The thing is--it still contains a muffler box. It would be sweet if you or someone did a little pair of straight through pipes to get rid of the box. Doesn't look like it would be hard. Also--since I have the Ducati race map with comes with pipe--can your remap been done in conjunction with that map? I tried it with company stateside and it threw codes we never could figure. out. Went back to just the Ducati map. it still restricts, though. I'd like to really unleash it. Anything to be gainedd with air box filter or mods? Thanks!
We have done it to the Ducati race map and replaced the race pipe with our link pipe. You would need to use the original end can though. The end can that comes with the race pipe does not fit. The video will be out shortly.
@@BHPUK Thatβs sounds great. Header pipe remains same? I could do it and sell the race pipe. I see newest street fighter offers a open map option with no restrictions as factory.

I have a full racing exhaust for my pp, will the can fits thr decat pipe?
Hi Aziz, Our decat pipe is designed to fit the standard end can on the Pikes Peak or the V4S. If you have the race system with 2 inlets into the end can then it will not fit. You will have to use the standard Akrapovic end can. π
If someone has experienced it, can they tell me the 0-200 km/h acceleration of this bike?
How is this gonna fair when its mot time or when your trying to get warrenty claim at dealer ?

You definitely need the remap to fully benefit from the link pipe.

β¬1000 cheaper and comes with a fully developed remap that will transform your bike. Of course itβs your opinion and your money youβre free to go any which way you please.
