Im actually at work right now busy making chicken fry, and gumbo base. We had alot of new products coming soon. Cornbread, Hot Wing batter, White Gravy. If you havent tried our Brown Gravy give it a shot. It is very good, the closet thing I think to homemade gravy. Another of my personal favorites is the Jambalaya Mix.
I decided to try this chicken fry because of this video review. I bought mine from Walmart. Using half of the box of breading I was able to fry nine whole wings in it yesterday. This is the best chicken fry breading out there, it was so good. It doesn't taste like Popeyes, but it's really really good. Thanks for the review 👍🏿

How did it turn out? I still think you have to lightly season the Chicken. With at least Garlic and Onion Powder and a little black peeper and Cajun seasoning. IDK I haven't tried it without seasoning my meat. Chicken or Shrimp
@@jimbob3612 True for the Seafood louisiana Packets but chicken is thicker and need a little more. Taste like it's missing something I give it a 7-8 out of Ten without adding anything. Not bad overall
Thank you for telling us about this wonderful stuff. We made it last night and loved it. I have a couple suggestions for you that will make things even better 1. Get a thermometer for your oil. Keep it around 350°. Those wings looked over cooked. 2. Put all the wings in the bowl with the liquid brine add coat everything at the same time. Then placed in a strainer for take the chicken wings out and put them on a plate so that they get rid of the excess. 3. Put the flower in a bowl that has a lid and put six or seven wings and cover it. Shake it really well and then take them out and put them on a plate until all the chicken wings are coated. 4. Add the entire batch that you’re going to cook at the same time, that way, they will all be ready at the same time. The way you do it there’s no way to know which ones are ready and which ones aren’t summer get it cooked a lot more than others are. Thank you again for turning us onto this!
My daughter was the one that introduced me to the Louisiana Fish Fry batter and we love it. I've been seeing the chicken fry batter recently popping up on other youtubers channels I follow and everyone has given it great reviews. I like the Louisiana chicken fry myself. I live in South Mississippi 35 miles from the Louisiana line so pretty much anything related to Louisiana food and spices I love and have grown up with. I get the chicken fry at my local Winn Dixie. Great product.

Just sprinkle a little flour in the grease, when it sizzles up good, then you're ready to go. I love the sound of the crunch, it's there for sure! HINT I did sprinkle a little bit of Slap Your Momma seasoning on my chicken after washing it. Then it used the Louisiana Batter from above. Oh LAWD OH LAWD! I refuse to cook chicken another way now

I've been trying to make a batter like this from scratch. I could not figure out how some of the places in NO got the batter so yellow-looking. In one place the batter was almost the color of mustard. Maybe it's a little cornmeal or another type of flour mixed in. I have tried this batter before. I am going to try it again with the seasoning I put on my chicken. I'll try a combination of the of the wet batter with my own seasoned flour

To test your oil use the handle of a wooden spoon,stick it to the bottom of the pot and watch for small bubbles, if you see the bubbles than it's hot enough to start frying. Throwing water into hot oil can cause it to explode in your face
You are most welcome. Another tip for you. When I doing any breading, say like you did in this video. Your process was to dip in the liquid than the dry mix. Than you used your tongs to try and stir it all around. I use a bowl with a snap on lid. Put the meat in, pop on the lid and shake. You get evenly coated and the pieces don't stick together
Big homie looks like he could be Dame Lillards cousin. I use that. I mix a little fish with the spicy chicken and throw it on little oiled chicken and throw in the air fryer
