A great video collage highlighting all the splendor that is Cleveland, Ohio. The second half of the video with MSB's "My Town" was created and directed by ALT and Co.
RIP Michael Stanley. He was such a talent. You meant so much to us and we’re a true Cleveland Legend. You were Cleveland 100% ride or die and never forgot your roots. Prayers to your family.
This should be played at the opening of every home game on the big screen, now that it looks like we have something to cheer about. Go Kitch, Bake,Jarv, DW and the rest of the overachivers from 2018. The future is looking bright again.
Sax player is the late "Big Man" Clarence Clemmons, a mainstay of Bruce Spingsteen's band. I belive the blonde guy on the stairs is Ben Orr, former bass player and vocalist from The Cars - Ben was from the area in Ohio. He died back in 2000.
I love this video!!! Cleveland was robbed by Art Modell, and that was the lowest of the low i am a Patriots fans, but i have been to the Hall of Fame and saw the history of the Browns and the Canton Bulldogs. I hope Cleveland returns (you have suffered enough!!!)
I agree about Modell, but Mayor Mike White refused to announce a date for the new stadium. Also, Al Lerner orchestrated the move to Baltimore. So, yes, where I can’t absolve Art, the city and Mr. Lerner wanted a team. So, there are other people involved in it. By the way, Lerner later bought the team and won the hearts of Clevelanders! So, it was very unfortunate overall.
Im siting here at Ft Polk, La trying to decide to go back to Cleveland or stay in the southwest. I grew up in Westpark, this video sure dosnt make it easy to decide. I love all my Cleveland teams, but most of all I love the genuine work ethic of My Town! Who knows maybe the Browns will be competitve this year.
It was 1958 when my Dad took me to my 1st game to check out an up and coming running back that wore #32.The Browns have EIGHT championships. Art tried to take the name and colors out of Cleveland with him but failed. I bleed orange and brown; GO BROWNS!
I remember some of the good old days when the unions were much stronger in Cleveland before my father moved and transfer out of Ohio. If I did not have such greedy extended family, I would have moved there last year.
@@whitburns8676Yep, that’s true. Many Clevelanders act like he was the only villain in this! I don’t like that he moved the Browns faculty or how he went about it. However, he had some compelling reasons to leave. Also, Mayor White was a moron!
@bluezhound Hate to break it to ya, but the Browns you used love back in the day are the Baltimore Ravens now. Not the embarrassing Browns that have been around since 1999.
The Browns history was froze from 1996-98. When later, an expansion team came in. We fought for the name, no it wasn’t Art Modell’s generosity, but Mayor Mike White was no angel in this! He refused to announce a stadium date! Also, Al Lerner was the one who orchestrated the move because he was a minority owner who wanted his own NFL team. His wish was granted in 1999. With all that being said, this so-called Browns-Ravens history doesn’t and never existed!
@GodChristLord If were C- town then Clowntown has to be F. Crooks in office, sports team horrible, even LBJ bailed. This song is horrible. 1 era of decent football since inception of SB. Bwahahahaha!
RIP Michael Stanley Gee. You will be remembered
Mr. Gee was fantastic! I never met him, but as a fellow Clevelander, I feel like I knew him.

I may live in Seattle but I'm still a Browns fan at heart, and MSB is still one of my fave bands!!!

@SuperMinion1 Because wanted to make fun of this goofy, 1980s song and the fans that wear paper bags at their games to hide from all the shame.
