I made this the other day it was fantastic, however, I turned the tray after 45 minutes, for even cooking, I also turned the oven to full for about 20 minutes, instead of using the grill, when it was done to my liking I left the tray in the oven for about 4 hours, to let the meat rest and soak the juices, this took the dish to the next level. I also omitted the garlic and bacon.
