QUESTION OF THE DAY: Would two M18- 12.0 HD batteries give you enough power for an entire day of working? Would you use the dust port accessory? What do you think about this saw?
Yeah, there were some good deals then. I picked up a few Makita things that I could't pass up on. I heard good things about the 36V Makita rear handle saw. It would make an interesting comparison.

markthomasbuilder we would use the dust port if we were working in the shop.. maybe lol
@@rpmimprovementoutdoorservi9968 Same here, it's nice to be able to minimize the sawdust. I try to cut outside as much as possible.
What is the point of going cordless, if its going to have a bulky hose attached to it?
If I buy the tool only being that I have 8 amp and 12 batteries already do I get the the dust port with the bare tool?
The 12.0! That’s a monster. We love our Milwaukee Fuel tools.
Same here, it certainly gets the job done!
Geat Video. I just bought this saw, and was glad to see your informative review before I really work it
. Thanks!
Hope you enjoy it! It's a great saw!
Yes , Side by side. Thanks Bruce.
Sounds good, I'm thinking of some good ideas for a comparison.
Do you happen to know the part number for the universal dust chute? Thanks
A quick search came up with this number... 48-03-0200. You may want to confirm it before ordering.
@@MarkThomasBuilder I guess I could of searched that, just asked impulsively haha
No problem brother, I had some spare time this afternoon to check.
@@MarkThomasBuilder good man
Homedepot had a 8 piece Makita 18volt set for $399 during Christmas week should try them too.

I bought this saw as a bare tool. Does the contractor bag the kit came with have a model number on it?
I found a tag inside the bag. It says Made in China. P/N 903210003
I have another bag just like it and it has the same exact tag and number on it.
Will milwaukee honor the warranty from 🏡 depot?
Yes, as long as it's still under warranty, then just contact Milwaukee and they will take care of your issue.
Compare the dewalt to the Milwaukee! I need to see that!
I'm hoping to have the video out next weekend.
@@MarkThomasBuilder is it next weekend yet?
@@BrandonContracting Almost, lol. I moved it high up on the to-do list.
Please do a head to head with dewalt's equivalent.
Thanks for the request. It's actually in the works.
