I woke up late last night (not intentionally) and checked my email and boom...firmware update message from Nikon. Then of course I lost MORE sleep reading about what was new and even more sleep lost thinking about these updates because I was really happy to see what they gave us 😀
This is an excellent update, But I was also hoping for the rumored Pre-focus RAW instead of the 11mp jpeg only. But maybe they'll add it to the Z9 1st.
Really liking the update so far, I can see myself using a fair amount of the changes even in daily walkaround photography. The shutter sounds are a lot better than the old one was, but I'll just stick to silent still, I've gotten used to the peace of no sounds, haha

Downloaded and just used the bird function, seems like an improvement.
