For many people the options for finding relief from plantar fasciitis are not true solutions but instead avenues of pain/symptom management.
My experience suggests that in order to get good results not just concerning the management of symptoms but in actually addressing the root cause of plantar fasciitis and related foot pains, one must understand and properly address alignment issues of the feet, ankles, knees and hip/pelvis as a whole!
