Great to see my old base again and very busy for this fly in. Fantastic work in getting this out so quickly too!

Thanks Jon, looked a great day! Loved the replica Spitfire. Glad he said it was 80% scale, as thought it looked smaller!

Great summary of the show, Jon. Unfortunately I can't be there this year so your video is the next best thing. How on earth did you get this video uploaded so quickly?!

Staggering to think that I met you earlier on today, had a brief chat, and have now arrived home to see this totally professional production waiting for me to watch!!
I was also amazed to see the mountain of equipment in your trolly that you use to film it all.
Whilst this maybe the "Grass Roots Fly in", there are some pretty non-grass roots, very expensive aircraft there today. But the REAL Grass Roots of the LAA started with home built, (often straight off the plans) aircraft under the old name of the "Popular Flying Association" (PFA). Would it be an idea to make an episode dedicated to these sort of aircraft, that can be built or bought and flown by people that don't posess a large bank balance?
    Food for thought.
But, I have to say Jon, many thanks for continuing to provide top quality, accurate and very interesting material that most other journalists in the media hardly ever get right!!

Looks like a great event. Definitely one to visit in future.
Hopefully you can cover the LAA licencing changes somewhat if/when those are announced, maybe some interviews with the LAA team and some owners of the affected types?
