Hi from Queensland, Australia. This is such a great idea for using leftovers. I'm not a big pasta lover so maybe I would substitute the pasta with a half brick of 2 minute noodles. Thank you so much and I'm really looking forward to more vidoes.

I think you have done a good job on this soup. It looks good and as you say is substantial. We all have to do what we can to live healthily but on a budget. Cheers
Greetings from North bay Ontario. You just popped up on my screen and I already subscribed. I like that you are real (like with the quiche pastry) nothing wasted. I am 78, very healthy no meds but find pensions not going as far as they should because of food prices. You mentioned lasagna. Would you do a video on that please? BTW I was born and bred in Brum, emigrating to Canada in 1967.
I made lasagna in an older video Budget Batch Cooking. I use Butternut squash on some layer instead of pasta sheets to keep the carbs and calories lower and it tastes even better. Ill write it down on my 'To Do' list and cover it in another batch cooking video. I'm a Liverpudlian living in Essex, I know I don't have the accent anymore. X
