Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon - Mansion Leitmotif

I have way too many unplayed games right now, but after seeing some friends got Dark Moon I felt obligated to start playing myself.
The game's fun, of course, but holy crap are the mansion themes awesome.
As far as I know (I'm up to the third mansion of five), every mansion's theme has the same basic leitmotif, but with different instruments and accompaniment depending on the mansion's theme. I'm a musical kind of guy, so I'm a sucker for that kind of detail to the mood.
Anyways, here's the first two mansion themes, plus a mashup!
I got the images from Google Search, by the way - no idea whether they're official or not. Credit to GilvaSunner for the song rips, too.
To those who've played the game, can you guess why I colored the mansions that way?

I think you coloured the mansions those colours because of their respective gemstone colours? I have to say all versions of the music is great, but my favourite is Haunted Towers.

I never beat the game either.. which is why I'm excited to replay this when it rereleases on the Switch next year!
