I agree with Ivan on the Remote ID. How about an XT60 adapter with a RID on it. I like the idea of only connecting power

      exactly lol

Remote ID needs a gps, racers don’t have a gps, why put RID on an XT60 when you also need a separate GPS board?

@@officialimmersionrc gps and everything on one board that doesn’t need to be connected to beta flight. This way it can also be moved between crafts. Maybe even just a balance lead connector. I think the best way is to just have a part that only needs power sent to it. No uarts, etc.

I haven't really kept up since when it happened, but it's interesting to see some of their responses about the bricking situation. I think that putting the bootloader into production without having source or really knowing how it works is a bit irresponsible, but I also get that you can't see this coming and they were in a time/resource crunch. So yeah it seems they got screwed, but they also took some risks by not rewriting before release.

If the brick guy didn't ask for money yet, then maybe there's another timebomb in the company's code.

Blind test! Blind test! Blind test! I think anyone running a race track can tell the difference between 50Hz and 150Hz, be interested in knowing if F1000 (1.558ms avg end to end) vs 500Hz LoRa (3.176ms) can be detected by the Top 10. Hyper told me it makes a difference too! HMU if there's any code I can do on our side to help. DSHOT 9999 forevar!

Instead of renewing the expired license they circumvented it. This is a dirty underhanded thing to do and goes to show the kind of business orqa runs. Good thing hdzero broke away from them. Wheres that orqa hd guys? Showed empty bs boxes at CES 2 years ago.

would be certainly a thing, if it really was an official, known license that expired....
