I know how you feel!! I used to just throw it out, but there are a lot of ways to use it. At the very least, you can just freeze it for future use. Some people will even dehydrate it in the oven at low temperature to turn it into almond flour for baking :)
The taste of lentils improves a lot if you fry a chopped onion & a garlic clove before. Then you add lentils, brown them a few minutes, and then add the warm water..😉
I've been making various smoothies for breakfast for about a month. When I used to make them I went with recipes that called for various juices. This time around though I use water. Healthier than store bought juice.

I froze bananas in a glass container and they turned brown. Any idea why? Maybe I left them in there too long. Thanks
