    Already do lengthy morning yoga practice (although very little standing due to balance issues) and hips are quite flexible, but need to work on greater mobility and range (especially on left side which is unhappy, at the moment). This is such a short sequence which feels very beneficial. Recommended to do more reps of each pose, or repeat entire sequence... how many times?
