I7 8700k 16gb ddr4 3070 Using dlss I uaed to crash because of ram/fsr so I went with DLSS, less frames but the game is stable now :) But I still have low fps in tiger bay etc
i got 110-120 FPS with FSR and FG with my 6900XT+5900x but the microstutter with scopes are very bad. i switched to TSR and only get 60-70 FPS but scopes are usable.
Its not a glitch. Arm stamina has nothing to do with holding breath. If your sprinting and you get the red lungs icon, then you cant immediately hold breath after that, since your lungs are still fatigued. I mean, try sprinting and then holding breath. Makes no sense to connect it with arm stamina imo
blue lagoon is the absolute worst place on the map. so many bushes the AI uses to shoot through. its near impossible. The Area will be much more enjoyable when they have fixed the AI

if you have mouse buttons that change sensitivity, use them. game changer for sniping

what are your system specs? do you use FSR, DLSS or TSR? with FSR i get microstutters when i use a scope like the specter

Yeah this and tiger bay are bad for the same reason, to many bushes that dont provide cover since AI just bangs you
