i had someone give me the Gen key for YBL and the Ban Pa Elder key. knowing what i know now, that guy was my hero and i didnt even know it. i am on my second playthrough and i have cleared YBL 6 times, only 1 key, and its not a good one
Ai respawns every 15 minutes. You prolly went to the place after it was cleared out already. Try hopping servers to a fresh server as well :/ I cleared this place out like 20 times by now to get these keys :)
trust what this man tells you. dont freak out on the voices. they are always there, even after youclear

Nice. You are lucky guy with all the keys. We found from 10 ti es in the bu ker only 1. And how often are the AI outside. Saw then at your spot 0:45.
