- Tackle any and all creative and home renovation projects with the Dremel 3000 Variable-Speed Rotary Tool. Follow our quick starter guide to set up your tool, attach the accessories, and adjust the tool's settings for optimal performance.
To get started, untwist the collet while holding down the lock shaft button. Insert the accessory of choice. Tighten the collet to secure the accessory and twist the EZ Twist Nose Cap over the collet while holding down the lock shaft button. Choose the speed recommended for your accessory of choice, turn on the tool, and you are good to go!

hey, just an idea, also make a lathe stand construct for the dremel, you have already the attach piece, it just needs the stand and the other side bearing object holder
just got it today. at speed 2, it does not spin and make a grinding noise. works fine at speed 10 though

the 200 series is similar perfect size as the 395 but hopeless with just 2 speeds and the 300 and 3000 variable speed models are too fat and chunky the 395 variable speed was the best drill in the world and you disposed of it 😲
Just buy an Flexshaft attachmen, so you don´t have to hold the fat and chunky Machine in your hands 🤣
Thanks. Can you explaing why dreml tools eject the removed material towards the user rather than away? If that is not how you intended, cam you give directions to the proper use of the tool to remedy this issue? Would it be possible to make the tool directional? If not, why not?
too fragile.. two of my dremel 3000s have already broken.. you know what the problem is, many have complained about it. Why don't you fix them?

Mine doesn’t work 😢 brand new, first use and nothing so disappointing, because I bought it when I didn’t need it it’s now outside of Amazon’s return window so I now have a useless Dremel which is worse than no Dremel because I’m out of pocket.
