That exhaust sound has more clap than an auditorium. 😂
More clap than an std. That shits terrible.
If you’re gonna straight pipe a 5.3 put a X pipe in the middle to get rid of the clap sound
😂😂 I know right very
Fck a x pipe let that chevy talk 🗣️

This is how a one should sound. Not raspy, and not clapped out. I’m running 2 glasspack mufflers in place of the catalytic converters, and 2.75 inch pipe with a Magnaflow Super 44. Sounds way better if you get rid of the cats and put glasspacks in their place.
@@Peculiarsafe83 or you can put Carven R mufflers where the cats go and leave the rest open pipe and it’ll sound like a old vette
Beautiful work as always, guys. 🤘 Not a fan of the sound, but you do good work. Personally, I hate the clappy and raspy sound of true dual straights
I like your video format. exactly what I need to know. Sounds good on my good earphones but I dont know what kind of microphone you use. The decibel meter helps!
It'll have the carolina squat next week
Banned in Carolina
Nice work! 👊🏻🔨😎
Sounds terrible. You give what the customer wants.
It sounds like sheet metal scraping the ground. No tone
😐
Some people like that crappy sound
@@kevinthomas2906 I don’t know why
@@Njderig it's annoying asf.
Or if sheet metal could fart 😅
This makes me soooo happy I didn’t get true duals on my 5.0 F150. 😬
Kripes, sounds like 100 dying trumpet players in a pit full of diarrhea…. Those guys have sniffed too many air fresheners or something.
No disrespect to the shop meant at all, y’all are doing what the customers ask and pay for. Props for that.
God give it a X pipe and some resonators its absolute clap
Sounds like my buddies old C10 with a 350 and glass packs
shes got bark now wooow
Sounded as bad as I thought it would with duals and those tips
BEAST MOOOODE!!!!!!!!
Wow that sounds awesomely aggressive for still having factory catalytic converters
Yup
Sounds beautifully perfect 😍
Glad you like it!
This truck needed at bate minimum 2 1/4" pipe would do better with 2 1/2"..Would have taken alot of that annoying crackle out of the sound..
Some motors just should never be straight piped without an X-pipe.
I wonder what an original 40 or a 44 would sound like on this
They have a video of one, just search for 2008 Silverado Flowmaster 40 and you'll find it. I have the same truck, same year and engine, with the 40 series and I'm very happy. It's louder than stock but not by a ton, still sounds smooth without the raspy and obnoxious tone that a lot of straight piped engines have. Perfect for a daily driver work truck.
Children. They like noisy and flashy light.
Too clappy
MENGA MINT!!!
First comment 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Not even gonna finish watching after reading the top couple comments...no x pipe...no watchy
👏👏👏
I don't think even an X-pipe could fix the clap or cackle.
I never understood why people like the sound, but hey, not my vehicle. Nice work, though!
way too much oil in that thing
🔥🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍👍
Needs an X pipe
It’s literally the tips that ruin the sound. These jobs give true duals a bad name.
Sounds terrible.
The wrong kind of slap.
Sounds like a can to me
So clappy yikes
To loud no tone.
Sounds worse than a straught piped civic
Let’s not go there …. Lol
Pitiful!!
And then they are gonna squat the truck next cause you can see the antenna in the bed
unfortunately, that sounds clapped out... super 40's all the way
Sounds like a piece of garbage! They'll be back next week to spend some more $ 😏
Horrible
Just no
