      you show a lot of nonsense, and then for soem weird reason dont even show the sentence or any info for this thief of a sheriff begging for community sentence .. 5:55

      @@JAKOB1977 I agree, I found it weird when his videos didn't show any follow ups or any updates. Most of the time he just makes up bullshit, for example in one video the suspect was under arrest, but this guy said that they were let go.
      But then it clicked, everything on this channel (and many others on youtube) is just AI generated. Everything from the captioning to the voiceover, the only thing real are the clips of the incidents which are usually picked up from other channels. I noticed that the voiceover was AI generated, cause he did a typo in another video where it was supposed to say car but the voice over said cat.
      I mean even the about section on his channel is Ai generated and its way to obvious. In his community posts he has shared another channel's video which is also completely AI generated. This is not just one channel it is a big chain of channels spread out through genres, his strategy is to make many channels and get small amounts of AD revenue from each channel.
      I don't mind this cause he is not stealing content but he is spreading misinformation. There is another video that has a clip of a judge passing a JOA (basically the defendant is not guilty anymore) but the captions kept on saying jail, this is clearly a false connection. If this channel was run by an actual working professional or someone who knows the law they would've researched and given facts (One good example is Audit the Audit).
      All I'm trying to say is that this content is shit it serves no purpose other than taking clips of incidents and poorly adding subtitles and voiceover to mass produce content in hopes of one video getting views and earning from the ad revenue. I will never enjoy or watch such content but some people might fall for it. Just beware when consuming content online.

      @@charleslewis255It's the equivalent of a Teacher touching kids Vs Random person off the street.
      The benefit the officer has is the training and knowledge of criminal offenses. If they choose to take part in Criminality from a Position of Authority or Power.
      Officers should be held to a higher regard, and should serve full sentences. No parole. No freedoms. Beat a guy? Max Assault Sentence. Unlawful Murder? 2nd Degree Charge should be standard.
      It's very simple logic.

    • @charleslewis255
      @charleslewis255 Год назад

      @@justno808 I hear everything you say, but we can’t go off of emotions. That’s just a job they do. We have to fix us 1st. The problem with us as black people we don’t hold each other accountable. We put to much energy into the wrong stuff. Let’s get the bad guys in our neighborhoods that kill and do things and give them life we know killing is wrong. And everything else we do. And police only know what they can lock you up for. It’s 2 sides of the law, you do know that right?

    • @justno808
      @justno808 Год назад +2

      @@charleslewis255 Yes, but we are not discussing Critical Race Theory, we are discussing Police Extension, Abuse of Power and Authority, as well as Constitutional Rights and Affording those rights.
      As much as the community does cause huge problems for itself, so does the white and Hispanic community, but yet, the unreasonable response is guided towards the singular party as opposed to the general. Remember "Thug" Vs "Mentally Challenged" as media narratives?
      Furthermore, the discussion is whether Police Officers should receive the max sentence when committing a crime due to prior knowledge, which has nothing to do with race. It is about people in the Blue Line protecting each other, investigating themselves to find no wrongdoing, and then receiving extremely lenient sentences or qualified immunity when they do get charged.
      Take George Floyd as an example. He was a criminal, but he didn't deserve to Die. If it was up to the Police, no one would have been charged. With the Legal System, the officers were tried in Court and received lenient sentences for what was culpable homicide, or even 2nd Degree Murder. His sentence should have been 25-Life, but instead, he got off with 22.5 Years, time served, early Parole and Extended Rights.
      Just as there are two sides to the law, there are two sides to consequence. If the regular average Joe, whether black or white, would be charged with the same crime, we would not be afforded the same care and friendliness.
      Corruptions runs through the Police Force.

    The reasons vary but it’s claimed law enforcement is subservient to elected officials but unfortunately for the politicians, the police are there only line of defense against a public who might suddenly wise up and decide things need to change “By Whatever Means Necessary “. There willing to overlook police executions, rights violations etc to have the piece of mind to know when they order the police to live fire on peaceful protestors from there armored vehicles that

      but it was based on perjury by the cop. who lied again in the court room. so the judge spoke up about it. in the full video the defendants attorney requested a joa, which is judgement of aquittal. meaning the judge can overturn the jury which he legally can do but it dont happen often. since the prosecuter wanted to keep defending the cop and forcing the case the judge granted the joa completely dismissing all charges.

    How does anyone think that the pig slamming a handcuffed man against the wall in open court was settled with money? The cop needs to go to prison, that was so fkn dirty. These pigs think they are so tough when they beat on a defenceless person. Let’s see that pig do that to the man without that gun, badge and handcuffs. In my generation these cowards never existed this bad. They were dealt with now the system protects these pigs.

    cops being held accountable is much less common then finding a 4 leaf clover.. it is good to know that it does happen but it should happen more often.. at most when they do something bad enough they are allowed to resign and keep their pension or be a recycled trash cop at another department

    In that first clip, sadly the lady charged has since passed away. That Judge also no longer hears criminal cases. As far as I know, there have been no appeals. That Kentucky Clip about that now-former Sheriff Pate! My gosh that arrogance most cops have is on full display! That Judge would not give me that same kind of patience! I know she had him put in jail, but took a lot of abu se from that guy before doing so! That last one is a great example of the higher-than-normal amount of DV committed by cops. I have heard estimates that DV among cops is 3 times the national average! Even female cops do this!

    The judge says that we all choose our profession. Is one of the best things that I have heard. I don't understand why some people are thought of better than others because of their profession. I believe that first responders are the same as everyone else. The person who treats the water that everyone drinks. Is just as important as the police and the firemen. I believe that the police want to be able to get in a fight with people without having to deal with the repercussions that the rest of us have to. Firemen help a lot of people, but I believe that they do so. For the adrenaline of doing the job. And how people look up to them. We definitely need them. But please don't act like they aren't getting anything out of it. Now volunteer firefighters are different. They may get a little prestige. But I think that mainly they are doing it to help their community.

    We need this judge in my town. Jersey shore pa. I haven’t dealt with the new judge yet but the previous judge jerry lepley took my license for years and cost me thousands of dollars plus 13 days in jail for made up traffic violations for the last 10 years of my life but new he is retired and we have a new judge in town and I’m hoping she’s not like judge jerry lepley was

    • @jeffreywaite2585
      @jeffreywaite2585 Год назад

      And some of the cops in this town also not just the judge. The cops made up the fines and judge jerry lepley didn’t care that they lied on the traffic situation’s and said I was in the alley behind my apartment driving with a suspended license but really I never left the private property that I was renting at the time and dash cams from 4 cop cars would prove I was innocent but the judge at the time didn’t care to watch any dash cams. Two of the times I didn’t get a far Trail and he found me guilty before I even got to court

    Any public servant who tries to enforce their versions of law (IDEOLOGICAL GOALS) with use/threat of unlawful arrest aka VIOLENCE is guilty of Domestic terrorism - "Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature." - FBI definition.
    Then you can bet good money that every out of control, power tripping psycho tyrant would soon learn to respect rights and uphold actual laws when they start facing prison time for this.

    The lack of concern shown by the District Attorney (DA) regarding the falsehoods propagated by the officer is a clear indication of their indifference 0:53. The problems associated with police officers are not solely the result of their actions but are greatly exacerbated by DAs like the one in question. Not to forget judges like this 5:28.
