We are now 4 years down the line and none of these are widely available. Kerv has become Kring and is only available to the UK. Mota's kickstarter ended years ago and no one has anything apparently from it. NFC ring is out of almost every size unless you want to pay 80-100 bucks plus shipping for the OPN or OMNI. Bioring turned out to be a scam as did the Nimb ring.

mingye zhu the project, which was on Kickstarter, apparently never came through. It was successfully funded back in 2016, and all the comments on that project from backers are stating that they are invoking their rights under Kickstarter terms...... which apparently means they got all that money and they haven’t delivered anything.

Number 1 and 5 show promise. Contactless payment, starting your car and unlocking your door/phone/laptop are all useful. Needs a security feature to prevent easy theft and needs to look better because these are all big and ugly!
