Looks is subjetive, French are more unique and specials in designs, especially in the 90 and 2000, just look the Golf or 911 line up, they are always a update to update, they looks good, but never breathtaking in good or bad way. Well fault electronics just look how a S-class looses 90% of resale value in USA in 10-15 years, today german are NOT a W124, W140 or the Big Six BMW engine line, today they broke (same with french) but the cost is arround 3-4 times more expensive.

Massive power and weight disadvantage here coupled with the fact that the drivers didn't have time to get used to the rear wheel steering (and that they always seem to be slightly biased towards the japanese stuff). The Trophy-R version however would've just left the Type-R for dead. 😂

@@4bangermafia1) Why do you think its referred to as the green hell? every manufacturer constantly tests their car on the nurburgring even japanese manufacturers, they rarely touch anything else, so you can get a good idea on how fast a car is from the Nurburgring alone. 2) On a big track 3 seconds is a big difference then on a short circuit, so three seconds is impressive, bearing in mind the civic is faster in a straight line and the nurburgring is mostly fast curves where power comes into play. The trophy-r would leave this thing in the dust, sorry to say.
Yep that is true. I have Megane rs 275 with 40000 km on it and my gearbox bearings gone. I gona sell this piece of shit asap. Probably go for a type r 2016 now

They seem to ' under tyre' the euro cars. like the Megane has s001 which is a really old tyre, compared to sportcontact 6 for the type r.

Totally, civic can reach 100k miles easily with no issues. I doubt megane can even reach 10k miles without an engine or tranny rebuilt.
