  • Okay guys this bike is completed! but there is just one problem. I have no spark!! i traced it back down to a bad ignition coil and already have one on order so it should be here really soon! Thank you so much for sticking around until the end of this build! Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector 16

Dude I really like your videos, you are sketchy af and don't mind to use whatever tools you have to get the job done and to be honest that's how most of us get stuff done when working in our bikes, we might not have the "special" tool but we can make it work with a screw driver! I want to start a build like this, I'm already looking for a KX, CR or a YZ. Keep up the good work and I'll be waiting for the kart build, that thing will be sick!!
PS. I'd like to get the stickers ;)

Amazing B-Roll, awesome series disappointing we didn't get to see it in action, but the entertainment value was great and to see you still using a steel hammer, priceless.

Nice looking bike. A little trick I use when doing bearings is to put them in the freezer the night before and they actually shrink enough to usually just drop right in. It works really good when your doing the crank bearings too, and if you freeze the crank to it helps it go in easier also.

Be careful when tightening the main jet like that man, i torqued mine less than that and the jet sheared off at the top and had to use a reverse thread to pull it out. It was on a 2014 250sx and would have cost me 400 for a new carb if i stripped the threads because they dont sell the piece it threads into separate. Jets only need to be snug. Awesome video man! keep it up!

When putting bearings its so much easier when you leave the bearings to freezer and just before you put them to the hole u want spray some coldspray on bearing, sometimes it wont even need hammer!

I think you put the ground of the electrical system on top of a powder coated part. That ground wire has to touch the chassis directly. That might cause issues.
