My wife and I were in Taos in October 2021 too. We absolutely fell in love with it and the surrounding area. We climbed Wheeler Peak and saw some beautiful fall colors (Aspens up high and Cottonwood lower). I'm from the East Coast about 10 miles form the Atlantic Ocean and I think New Mexico is the most beautiful state there is. We went back this time to Silver City in March. Thanks for this very nice video.

I live in Vadito which is about 20 miles South of Taos. This is one in my opinion of the most beautiful
