Heads up about My Curtain Call... For all those fearing Crystal is leaving... I sure hope not!!! so I'm just venturing a guess and gonna say it's just lyrics from Queen's 'We Are the Champions?'
"I've taken my bows And MY CURTAIN CALL(s)." ???
Yes! ❤️❤️❤️
Clever Janis!!♡
I can’t wait to make this
@@BAGODAYCROCHETI definitely thought it was your curtain call to end tutorials!
I just started watching the tutorial and already liked 👍🏼 and will definitely do it!
I’m loving the art work on the wall.
Having a messy desk is one of the signs you're smarter than you think.
I love that I only have to seemingly wonder or search Bagoday for a particular pattern. If it's not there it will be before long. I think it really shows Crystal's attention to detail and her effort to deliver what her viewers are wanting. The other thing I love is she never, ever does anything like all the others have. If you look, there are dozens of hexagon cardigans on RUclips, most of them granny stitch. They are good patterns but that's not what we get from bagoday! This one is unlike anything else I've seen and I can't wait to get started! Thank you again Crystal for giving me more than I even knew I wanted!
Thanks so much for your kind words 😊
Ohhh I’ve been waiting ever since you mentioned a hexi cardigan but it being a more solid stitch. So excited I like to watch the tutorials through first. So my mind gets the whole concept. Then go back again when I get ready to make it. You’ve always been awesome at making tutorials but you’ve really been busting them out seems like extra more this year and they’ve been what I’d consider time consuming projects. Really appreciate that ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you ❤️
I agree on watching it first, then start the project. Sometimes, my mind takes a minute to grasp the stitch, especially if I have never done it before. Crystal you are a great teacher and I love how you encourage us to go outside our comfort zone. ❤️
Thanks for explaining. I was starting to feel very anxious. Don't know what I'd do without your intellect and experience. You really mean a lot to so many.
This is the prettiest hexi cardigan I've seen! It's really very nice and the color is gorgeous.
Thank you so much! 💓
Ok, herringbone which is a favourite stitch of mine and rusty red yarn! It almost brings me to tears with happiness seriously folks. I’m off to watch this in full and then make one for ME! I already have the yarn in mind. Many thanks for all your hard work as always Crystal 😍💜🇬🇧
I saw "My Curtain Call" and thought oh no, don't go away.! Beautiful cardigan. Carry On, Sweetness❤
Couldn’t wait to get started then found this was extremely frustrating to get the hang of stitch kept trying to yarn over instead of pulling through then yarn over then comes the half double -chain turn started repeated this pattern 3 times getting the hang of and yes I will not quit but crystal you earned a trophy for teaching doing the video designing pattern you rock my friend 😊❤❤❤
Crystal you made it again😍 as allways. I have to try that stitch on hexi 🥰. The yarnqueen delivers ❤❤❤🥰😍✌️ hugs feom sweden
Very well made. It looks like knitting. It will be nice and warm for your winter days. Very beautiful deep red colour.
Thank you! 😊
I was thinking the same thing about it looking like knit 😃
Crystal, this is THE MOST gorgeous Hexi cardi I've seen yet!!!❤❤ You did a fantastic job with it. I love the Herringbone stitch. Will be saving this tutorial in my library and putting this on the top of my project list!!👍👍. Thanks so much for sharing this pattern and tutorial 😃😃. Well done lovely lady🎉🎉🎉
I thank the Lord for blessing you with such talent. And I thank Him for your generosity in sharing your talents with us. The cardigan is so awesome.
Wow! Girl you are extremely talented!!!! Never in a million years did I think that square would work as a front AND back panel. Also thanks for picking a tweed yarn, I love the tweed look too. I am the only one who picks tweed yarn--people look at me like I didn't pick the lint off, they don't appreciate being different. I like different textures, can't wait to make this sweater.❤❤❤
Oh boy. Going to attempt this in my plus size. I've never made a sweater. Hope I ordered enough yarn!! Can't wait...I think. Love your shorts Crystal!
Thank you for making fluffy lady sizes. Your awesome.❤❤.
I didn’t care for hexagonal cardigans until I saw you model this one! Love the yarn, love the color, love the herringbone stitch! This maybe the very first cardigan I make! I love oversized, cozy sweaters for Fall, and you always teach so clearly, simply, that I am able to follow. Thank you Crystal, for this great pattern and tutorial!
I have looked at so many videos on how to make a hexagon sweater but they were not what I wanted until I saw this one and then l knew that I had to make it. I love everything about it the color the style it's perfect thanks Chrystal you are the best.
Thanks Doris ❤️
Yay! Non-granny hexagon cardi
This is the best looking crocheted cardigan I have ever seen, so pretty!!!
Crystal I love the way this came out! I love that it doesn’t have the holes as the traditional ones do! As soon as I can get yarn I will make! 💜🧶
This will be a popular one! Thank you for all you do!
I am not great at crocheting, but Crystal your tutorials make me fill like I can make anything you put out there. This is beautiful and I am going to make this no matter how many times I have to rewind. You explain everything so well.
Thank you so much!
Oh Crystal, that is beautiful. I may try a sweater. Never thought I would say that. I have made 23 project since I found you during COVID. You have taught me so much. Thank you for being you.
Juan is great hope he sticks around. Shawls are my passion.
I like the look of this solid hexagon cardi. The yarn is fantastic too!
Omg, I’m so excited about this. Even looks like something this beginner can do! I absolutely love the red you chose. Thank you for making this Crystal. ❤
You got this!! ❤️
❤
I really loved this tutorial! I followed everything but did double crochet instead! Can't wait to post my work on the FB group! That's where I got my inspiration from 🥹❤️ thank you again!
I love this take on a hexi! Thank you so much for doing this! Out of a really long day of pain...this brighten it...🧶💕
Every time I watch one of your tutorials, I come away with the confidence that I can crochet anything! You are such a good teacher and your videography is so clear. Thank you for sharing your passion.❤️
Thank you Crystal for all you do, I appreciate you. Sharing is caring and that is a unique quality I see in you.
Oh Crystal I'm so glad the name was a quote from Queen.. Lol.. I've been verifying literally for 47 years and simply have learned so much more from you and your patient graceful way of guiding us along! ❤
Crystal this is the best. I’ve started two hexies and only finished one side. It drove me crazy. I love that this is a closed stitch without all the holes. I’ll be frogging the other cardigan to make this one. Thank you so much, a cardigan I can finally enjoy making. ❤
Hey there Crystal. You look gorgeous in this Cardi …just right for thanksgiving and fall. Love this Cranberry shade.
Thank you so much 🤗
Chrystal, you are probably tired of viewers commenting what a great teacher you are. But I'm going to say it anyway. I'm so impressed with your tutorials as your verbal instructions & written notes are so clear, and your camera angles are so well focused, making it easy for to follow. Not to mention the pace is just right (great editing!). Love you to bits!!!
Looks great! My mom has just asked if I would make her a sweater... Looks like she will be getting one soon😊
This is so so beautiful! It looks like something that should be worn while walking through crunchy leaves while sipping coffee 🍁❤️ Thank you for sharing !
Love this cardigan and you made it in my size. I have never done a cardigan before but definitely think i can do this one. I love the sleeves the way you did them. Thank you Crystal you did it again. Simply gorgeous cardigan.
Oh I love that cardigan , it’s beautiful , you are going so fast with these tutorials ❤
Crystal, you did it again 😮 yet another gorgeous project. Thank you so much, I’m so excited when you bring out a new video especially a tutorial. Bravo 🎉 Bravo 🎉 Bravo 🎉
I love this stitch. I got some Big Twist Christmas yarn, and I’m looking forward to using this tutorial to make myself a beautiful Christmas cardigan. I’m currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, and crocheting is keeping me sane while I recover. Thank you.
Thank Crystal for another great tutorial not to mention the beautiful cardi in that luscious red color. I may be making my first ever cardi and it’s all bcuz of you, so thank you again for your instructions and time, please know you’re very much appreciated.
I love this! Yarn already on the way from Wool Warehouse. I use James C Brett yarn a lot, it's very robust and yet soft, my husbands cardigan (made from your tutorial/pattern) has stood the test of time after repeated washings. Thanks for taking the time to share this. Sarah (UK) x
I'm making this for sure for myself! I'm making your other "Easy Crochet Cardigan Sweater for Man or woman". I'm about to start the edgings. Thanks for making everything possible!!
I adore your designs look! You're so fast! Thank you so much, I have an irrational aversion to the granny stitch 😊❤
I want to make this sweater, Crystal! So excited to try it! I need to finish the project I’m working on now before I can start but I love crocheting sweaters!❤ Thank you so much for the herringbone stitch hexagon sweater! I think it’s beautiful!
Oh, Crystal!
This is just so gorgeous!
I've been wanting to jump on the Hexi cardi bandwagon but, really wanted something a little different. I cant thank you enough for giving me a Hexi that gives me all the warm fuzzies I get when I've found what I'm looking for. 😃
I'm so excited, I just can't wait to dive in!
💜💜💜💜💜

The herringbone is such a pretty stitch. And this shade of red is gorgeous! Perfect for Fall.
This is really nice. I have made a regular hexagon sweater but I like this one better. This would look cool with a hood on it. Looks quite cozy!! Great job Crystal.
Thank you! 😊
That was fascinating to watch Crystal! Thank you for showing us how this pattern works up! The color is gorgeous ♥️
Wow this is the first hexi cardigan I want to make thank you for the tutorial

So lovely! Saving this!🥰🤗🧶🧶🧶🧶🧵🔭🪐🇺🇸
Hi Crystal. Thank you for this tutorial. Yet again you have taken me out of my comfort zone of just making blankets. I have made a few of your cardigans and many hats. Now on to making my first hexagon cardigan. Can't wait to make this.
Awesome work Crystal ❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤I’m just watching- trying to build up the courage to start. One day
Thank you Crystal for this lovely sweater pattern. I appreciate your dedication to us and the work that you put in.
Waiting on this one can't wait to make it. Thank you Crystal. ❤❤❤
Thanks for another great tutorial! Smile in your pictures- your have such a beautiful smile
Very pretty, I am going to try this after I finish the Victorian cable throw! Love it!
This pop up in my feed today and I am so glad! I’ve made the granny stitch style and it was “ok” but too “holey” for me. Seeing this gave me such delight to see a more solid fabric that I can wrap around nicely. Thank you Crystal!!!
Here goes nothing lol I’m having the hardest time finding a cardigan pattern I like… this one looks like the winner! Thank you for taking the time to make this! And for showing an alternative to the “magic circle.”
Thank you!! 😊
Gorgeous!!! Thanks Crystal 😊
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful, thanks! And thank you for keeping pattern prices affordable. There's so much work that goes into them!
Finally finished my cardigan. Love it. Making another one for my daughter.😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤
This is wonderful, I love it is a more solid stitch, and that I can make it any size, making it for my 3 kids as we speak, ty so much ❤❤❤
It was such a wonderful auction….so excited for all the money raised for the sweet animals!
How wonderful to see a Hexie that’s not a granny stitch. I like the granny version, but sometimes enough is enough. This variation is great, not the least because I’m a fan of the herringbone stitch. And showing us how to fold the piece? That’s crazy good for someone like me, who has trouble visualizing structure. James C. Brett makes lovely yarns (I am a Wool Warehouse shopper) and this red is simply gorgeous with its overtones. This sweater is going on my list. Thanks again Crystal!
Thank you! 😊
I just found you miss crystal, please do not leave a curtain call, im finally responding to the lessons from you, moving to hobbyist from rank amateur because of your special manner of teaching and my poodle (standard poodle/German shepherd mix) was getting ready to start her fur coat, i need more time! Love ya, fellow Freddie freak, your shows really help me with the lessons no one else has been teaching bless you from prince George VA
Crystal, I can’t thank you enough for this beautiful version of a hexagonal cardi. I Have been working on the Granny Stitch one but am NOT enjoying it at all. I’m one of those “can’t start a new project until I’m finished with the one I’m working on” people but there’s just no joy for me in the one I am currently working on. THIS cardi has gotten me excited to try it! Gonna go do a swatch to see if I’m able to do the stitch. (I’m 68 but have only been a crocheter for a little while. I’m still pretty much on the beginner level. I was primarily a knitter until my arthritic hands won’t let me knit anymore.) If the swatch turns out good, I’m breaking my finish before a new project & starting this one! ❤😁
Im absolutely loving this! I may want to do with with Mandala yarn !!!!!
Thanks Antoinette ❤️
I have my first panel and about to start the second one! I love this pattern. I’ve waited for a long time to make myself a cardigan, years, but I fell in love instantly when I saw this cardigan… thank you so much Crystal 😘😁👍🏼
I just got very comfortable with the herringbone stitch making the sweater you made for Mr. Bod. Love that stitch. This is going on my list of projects. Thanks crystal.
Absolutely stunning. Thank you for sharing ❤
Wow you have outdone every other hexi cardigan I have ever seen!! I just had to say that until I finish the tutorial. I think I will get the red heart speckle and make the first one in the cream color!
Thanks so much 😊 that will be pretty!
I really like this cardigan! I'm saving this to find it easier! Looking to make me one if I ever get all the requests done for grandkids and great grandkids! Thank you Crystal!
I've been wanting to make a hexagon cardigan, but I don't love the granny stitch. Herringbone is my favorite stitch! Thank you!
