I had a metalflake steering wheel in my 1932 Ford coupe (327 small block and a Muncie M22 "Rock Crusher" 4-speed. I see they haven't changed in 50-years!
dude thank you. I always get project cars with these steering wheels and have never once seen one installed properly. now I know that these DO infact have a horn button. I think my kit is missing the spring.

I have the black 15" brushed wheel same style although the kits from grant Ford truck seem to cause alot of issues I have a 69 they only had part # 3249 listed it had 2 horn lead wires ? Anyway this video showed a easy install with the right kit one horn wire to the horn button the kit I have is strange .

What Grant install kit is that? I have a 73 d100 and summit insists the kit I need is the 3196 but isn't nothing like your kit and does not have the horn disc or a blinker kill pin.

grant steering wheels are junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the adapter strips out the horn kits are a joke stay with OE. take care.
Mine has lasted quite well. Over 5 years and no problems
