In this video i will be showing how to be the level regret in under 12 minutes with all of the best speedrun tricks. This guide will help you to beat the level in no time at all. The jackal snipers at the start can be a pain but this should help. Let me know down in the comments if you need any additional help with any of the tricks shown.

This is the first level that really got on my nerves in the legendary campaign nice video

TYSM bro this was genuinely really pissing me off and then I realized after watching this that I was doing it wrong the entire time, this made it so easy. I beat it first try today!! Had to take a break from yesterday.
Very nice run! Halo 2 seems very difficult on Legendary, it's like other Halo games but with the Iron skull on.
Me and my friend have been going through it and Regret and a couple of missions says unplayed on my game....
Anyone trying to do this is 2021 little tip if you manage to get to the final platform with 10-12 minutes just save and quit there and then just close app each time you don't manage to get it!

Did you have Sputnik on? That nade jump across the gap looked insane
I have no clue how to get on top of the structure at the start. I jump at the grenade on top of the slide pillar thing but it just deloads the grenade.
hate the rng of the fight against regret but other than that this is my favorite mission to speedrun
Yeah I agree. It has a lot of fun tricks and routes
Sword elites are fine it's the plasma rifle motherfuckers, and God forbid a dual plasma rifle elite because they'll kill you in literally fractions of a second.
Do NOT sword fly across on the last gondola. The enemies will still be there and kill you immediately. You won't be able to revert to the previous checkpoint either. End of the run.

I bet gravemind is easier than the jumps. But I did them yesterday and the gondola didn't work. Nice explanation of jump I'll try that one

That grenade jump across the broken bridge is bs

No need for sputnik. No need for nade. Crouch-jump on the edge of the left handle of the bridge. It's the only consistent successful slide.
@@Viciouss72You are a LIFESAVER! I’ve been trying to do the grenade jumps for an hour to no avail. This is the only suggestion that I’ve seen that actually works for me. Thank you!
@@ryanfinnerty02 Glad to help. I also followed all the bullshit instructions with the nade that never worked until I accidentally landed on the slide and got closest to hitting the mark.
I'm not sure if this was patched or not, but for the grenade jump to get out of the map in the starting room(right after you jump on top of the sloped wall) the grenades always seem to despawn as soon as I jump, am I doing something wrong or was this fixed?
EDIT: You just have time the frag grenade exploding literally perfectly before jumping to prevent it despawning.

Where do people get the sniper from at the start I start with a plasma pistol and a battle rifle
Just quit all the way back to main menu and start mission anew (not restart or save/resume). One of your weapons will reset to beam rifle.

Don't do the nade jump, instead jump onto the slope part of the left most side of the bridge and jump off right when you land. You can land on the little cube thing across the river and nade jump up

Hi, when I'm playing h2 legendary playlist why did I spawn with br and smg instead of beam sniper and smg?
I think in playlist you start a level with weapons you were holding at the end of previous level. That's a guess ofc

Been trying 20 times a day for 6 days. Still nothing. I'm better off running it fast and full. Damn worst par time out of all halo reach to halo 4 jesus

Keep trying you'll get it eventually
If you can't get all the way across, aim fir that bottom block and drag grenade couch jump the rest of the way.
Its worked for me now about a dozen times.
Its just gonna take some practice
You can use the skull for higher jumps.

Good video but you need to remind everyone they need at least two grenades from the last level otherwise this is impossible and not worth even trying

This is modded. Does not work. The columns in the first part are slippery and you cant go up like the video says. You will be reported for false pretenses
Worked for me? Just takes a few tries. I helps if you get the double bounce
