omg my mall in my town had a thing and I got a balloon just like this! I love it! I think the person who made it made it a little better then this. I think he used a little small balloons for the body (I think) and blow up the head bigger. The head in this video was really small.

I was trying to make it with what I have 160 balloons just to practice the hitchhiker balloon but it kept popping is that's why you use 260's?
