The Needle Skips is a pretty good quest for what it is. 0 item / skill requirement quests are usually quite nice (excluding Broken Home in your case it sounds like)
I think you're doing fine. as long as you include the most important bits of a Quest such as puzzles and boss fights it'll be ok and won't take up to much time. And if you think a video is running long you can always cut it into two parts and release them separately.
For the quests, you're not doing quest guides, just cut to potential interesting parts mid quest or when something fun or weird happens (Jagex has plenty of that going). Tell the viewers the quest you're about to do and what it would do for the account and cut out boring parts and show the Quest complete screen. Other than that just go with the flow and enjoy the adventures ;)
I would say to show the start of/any interesting things/ and the reward screen for quests. showing the whole quest would be too much. I cant wait for you to get into some of the later quests!

I wasn't too fond of doing Broken Home, but story wise I think it's my favorite quest so far! What's yours?
