If you can grab a few Instant Pot cookbooks - as the Instant Pot, as great as the slow cooker function is , using a dedicated slow cooker is better (Kmart have then for $24). I do large potatoes in my slow cooker, rubbed in a little oil with salt and pepper then wrapped in tin foil with some water in the bottom of it on High for 4 hours (although this varies on size) and they come out so delicious and soft. You can also do them in the Instant Pot, although I have never tried it....but that would literally take probably 30 mins!!

We in the fitness community support young people establishing a fitness routine and healthy lifestyle early. Building a habit as an adult is hard because of time so if you start early in life you maintain the habit more easily (you want drop a habit if it is already part of your life). If an adult comes up and ask what are you even doing here it can be intimidating to a young person and is just plain out rude.
